The self-checking situation will now be reported as follows.
First, check the basic work
In 2006, it was the national statistical basic work year. In order to meet the requirements of comprehensive reform of townships and towns, the rural grassroots statistical work of the county was put on an institutionalized and standardized track as soon as possible to meet the needs of the development of rural economy and social undertakings. The Implementation Plan for the Standardized Construction of Statistical Basic Work in the Township, Town and Sub-district Offices of Enshi Prefecture requires vigorously carrying out the standardization of rural statistical basic work. So far, eight townships and towns in the county have set up statistical work leading groups, which have set statistics. Posts, identified statisticians, have office space, equipped with statistical special-purpose microcomputers, and successfully realized five levels of computer networking at the national, provincial, state, county, and township levels. Each township has formulated five systems, including statistical work system, job responsibility system, report submission system, statement review system, and appraisal system. The statistical data of all rural township statistical surveys in the county were reported at the village level, and all the townships’ 2005 annual reports were computerized. There are 6 townships and towns with “seasonal accounts for livestock and fishery vegetables”, “verification of planting area for summer harvest crops”, “summary crop yield verification account”, “spring and summer planting area verification account”, and “rural statistics annual report desk” Accounts, "Basic Accounts for Townships and Towns", there are 2 townships with some accounts. At the same time, the township statisticians often go deep into the grassroots to carry out research activities, strengthen links with other departments, and actively carry out statistical data quality assessment. Therefore, we believe that the current rural statistical survey method is relatively scientific, the data source is more realistic and reliable, and basically reflects the objective reality.
Second, check the quality of data This time, we focus on the inspection of Xiangfeng Town, Manshui Township 2 townships, take the superior data and subordinate data comparison inspection, report data and actual data evaluation and inspection, report data and on-site data check and other methods have been spot checks There were 558 agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery production and consumption indicators, 106 agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery production indicators, 124 agricultural product price indicators, 200 basic situation indicators for townships and towns, and 58 basic village indicators. There are 195 indicators and a total of 1241 spot checks. The results of the spot check showed that only one calculation error was found in the 1241 statistical indicators of the spot check, the meaning of the indicator was unclear, and the other types were incorrect. The total number of data errors was 4, and the error rate was 3.2‰. Because our county attaches great importance to the standardization of statistical basic work and attaches importance to the scientific evaluation of statistical data, the quality of rural statistical data is relatively high.
