I. 1. The canteen health certificate and system are complete. The "three certificates" of our garden canteen is complete, and there is a related food hygiene and safety management system. The canteen staff members hold health certificates and work regularly, and regularly organize canteen employees to learn relevant health and safety knowledge.
2, canteen buildings, equipment and environment in line with health standards and related requirements, with independent food raw materials, rough processing room, decontamination room, pre-entry room. It has anti-rat, fly-proof, dust-proof, anti-mite, anti-pollution facilities, good ventilation, clean environment in the canteen, and can remove garbage every day.
3, the canteen can strictly implement the "one scraping, two washing, three punching, four disinfection, five cleaning" system. The knives and cutting boards are strictly used according to raw and cooked. The storage of food can be separated from raw and cooked, avoiding cross-contamination.
4. The procurement of food raw materials can strictly implement the “Hygiene Permit” and “Product Hygiene Inspection Certificate” for food raw material suppliers and do a good job in food storage registration system. And sign a food hygiene agreement with all food raw material suppliers to ensure the quality of their food.
5, in the food production process, can be cooked according to the principle of cooked and cooked. Vegetable cooking is carried out in accordance with the procedures of “one wash, two dipping, three burning, four frying”, and no processed foods containing raw materials containing toxic and harmful substances. A 24-hour system for food retention has been developed.
6. Strengthen the supervision of drinking milk for young children, ensure the quality of food, and do a good job in safety and hygiene when drinking. .
