Efforts should be made to prevent corruption from the source, deepen financial management, strengthen fund supervision, and adhere to the two-line system of revenue and expenditure; strive to promote the reform of the cadre and personnel system, standardize the system of "democratic recommendation, open selection, competition for appointment, appointment of public notice"; actively promote government affairs disclosure, Publicize the major issues such as the selection of cadres and the party members to join the party; report the financial budget and financial year-end final accounts of the whole office at the employee representative assembly; and enhance the transparency of bidding for project construction. 4. Starting from the actual situation, starting from the management system, we will increase the reform of the water use mechanism, so that our office can get rid of the difficult situation of water fee collection as soon as possible.
5. The leaders of the team and related departments should be placed in the position of the grassroots workers to solve problems for the employees.
6. The awareness of the individual departments and staff at the grassroots level is not strong, and the comrades who work at the grassroots level are not enthusiastic enough. The staff of the department are not lacking in abuse, improving efficiency and simplifying procedures.
