Longcun Middle School's self-examination report
In accordance with the “Implementation Opinions on the Construction of the Democratic Appraisal of the Construction of the Education System in Jianye City in 2004” and the “Democratic Work Evaluation Plan for the Construction of the Work Style of Longcun Middle School in 2004”, on October 12, our school extensively solicited teachers and students from schools. The parents, the representatives of the villagers, and the self-examination of the leadership team, the admissions examination, the fee collection, and the teacher's morality. 50 questionnaires were distributed, and teachers and teachers and teachers discussed the deficiencies in the education and teaching work. First, the leadership team
Parents, students, society, and teachers generally believe that the leadership team is a team of leaders with strong sense of responsibility, solidarity, and enthusiasm. Second, the admissions examination
In recent years, our school has strictly followed the admissions examination policy of the higher authorities, and resolutely implemented the principle of all students of the national junior colleges exempt from the test, and did not charge the school fees to recruit students. Our student dormitory is a dangerous house, with poor accommodation, no canteen, lack of teachers, and a large number of students, which have an impact on the education and teaching of students.
Third, the fee is charged
Our school has once again calculated the charging standards, and there is no incident. Strictly charged according to the items and standards stipulated by the higher-level price department, the “one-fee system” is implemented, and it is open to the public, subject to supervision, and settled on schedule.
Fourth, the teacher's morality
Through investigations and teachers' self-examination and discussion, there are some problems in the teacher's morality and style in our school, mainly in:
1. The opinions from parents and students are: there are individual teachers who are not strict enough on the requirements of the students; the teachers' education and teaching methods are outdated; the students are not patient enough; the parents are not satisfied with their children's academic performance.
2. Some problems are reflected in the teacher's self-examination:
Individual teachers love their posts with a poor professionalism, lack of sense of responsibility and dedication, and have slacking ideas.
In recent years, although there has not been a phenomenon of serious corporal punishment of teachers, there are acts of disguised corporal punishment of students, such as the occurrence of penalty stations, and lack of patience for the education of students.
Some teachers do not care about the collective, do not respect colleagues, and undermine collective honor and unfavorable unity.
Teachers lack close contact with parents, rarely conduct home visits, and ask parents to go to school, accusing and blaming parents.
A small number of students have poor moral character, do not respect teachers, bully classmates, and are difficult to discipline.
5. Suggestions from students, parents, and society on other aspects of the school
Most parents demand that students' accommodation and living conditions be changed quickly.
Strengthen management and seriously investigate and deal with bad behavior.
The school should establish a library.
Teachers are not involved in the “Mark 6 Lottery” event.
Cannot cancel the remedial class.
