I. Training Objectives Through training , teachers are encouraged to know the basic system and content of teachers' professional ethics in the new era, deeply understand the connotation, characteristics, functions and basic requirements of teachers' professional ethics in the new era, and deeply think about what kind of divisions should we advocate in the new era. V. Training arrangements
1. Preparation stage.
The main work:

3) According to the "Guiding Opinions on the Training of Rural China's Small Teachers' Quality Improvement Projects in Zhenhai District" and "Zhenhai District's "Teachers and Teachers' Occupation" Course Training Program", combined with the actual situation of the school, the "Teacher's and Teacher's Occupation" curriculum is formulated. The school-based training program was reviewed and confirmed by the Zhenhai Teacher Training School in the Zhenhai Teacher Training School before February 17, XX.
4) Recommend a school-based training counselor for the "Teacher's and Teacher's Occupation" course, and report it to the Zhenhai Teacher Training School of the Moral Education Department for review and confirmation before January 13, XX.
2. Implementation phase.

3) Organize school-based training .

3. Evaluation stage.
The main work:
1) Written exams. At the end of April, the organization closed the exam, mainly to examine the teacher's mastery of the theoretical knowledge of the curriculum, the provincial unified proposition, the district training school to organize examinations, scoring. Teachers who fail the exam are allowed to retake the exam, but they must be rebuilt before the exam. The teacher who cheated in the exam was not qualified for the course and was recorded.
2) Process assessment. The comprehensive evaluation of the training process is given mainly through the observation records of the learning attitude, the quality of the work and the attendance during the training of the participating teachers. At the end of April, the training appraisal form of the "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" course was completed and the teacher of the district was handed over to the moral education department of the school.
3) Credit registration. After the process appraisal and the written appraisal are passed, the training certificate is issued by the training school, and the corresponding credits are recorded in the continuing education registration manual. The "Teacher's and Teacher's Occupation" is 36 credits. If the assessment is unqualified, the continuing education credits cannot be registered.
4) Summary evaluation. At the end of April XX, the training archives of "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" were established. At the same time, the training of the "Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Occupation" course was summed up in time for the teacher's training in the school's moral education department.
