This semester, I will continue to use the reform of vocational education curriculum to deeply study the concept of curriculum reform, and truly establish an educational concept that reflects the spirit of quality education in line with the curriculum. Based on student development, we will unswervingly promote the transformation of teaching methods and learning styles, so that students' autonomy, independence, initiative and creativity will be truly publicized and promoted. Strengthening study and training , through reflection, discussion, raising awareness, strengthening responsibilities, predicating on updating educational concepts, improving the overall quality of teachers as the core, focusing on improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, giving full play to the role of research and training, thus writing vocational education and research A new chapter in training.
The main work:
First, strengthen learning and training , and strive to build a learning organization
Learning is the prerequisite for knowledge acquisition and renewal. It is the need for one to constantly improve and enrich oneself. It is an important condition for all work to advance with the times and forge ahead. This semester should take the opportunity to comprehensively promote the reform of vocational education curriculum, strengthen the study and guidance of teachers' theory and business, organize teachers to participate in school-based training , and constantly master behavior-oriented education and teaching concepts, master cutting-edge educational reform information, and pay attention to occupations. The development of education reform, constantly improve its cultural literacy, theoretical level, management level and teaching and research capabilities and training capabilities, establish a curriculum view, education concept, teaching concept, teacher view, student view that is compatible with vocational education, and strive to improve The ability and level of teachers to implement quality education.
Second, the vocational education class was changed to an opportunity to deepen the reform of vocational education and teaching.
1. Realize the transformation of the role of the teacher. Secondary vocational school curriculum should also reflect advanced teaching concepts, including the values of education, modern talent concept, education quality concept, modern curriculum concept, teacher-student view, teaching concept, etc., indicating that we must change the usual teaching methods for students. The learning and development provide a good environment and conditions. In combination with the current situation of vocational education, we must be soberly aware that we must not stick to the rules and become a research-oriented teacher. The focus of the reform of the basic curriculum of vocational education is still the reform of classroom teaching. In the promotion of curriculum, teachers must truly become the promoters of student learning. Eight transformations must be made: the goal of teaching: from knowledge transfer to students to students Center Transformation——Establishing the Awareness of Curriculum Objectives; Teaching Concept: Transforming from Unified Specification Education to Differential Education——Building Personality Education Consciousness; Teaching Relationship: From Teaching Theory to Teaching Theory--Building Subjective Consciousness; Teaching Activities From the emphasis on results teaching to the emphasis on process teaching - establishing developmental awareness; teacher-student relationship: from undemocratic, disharmonious to equal and harmonious - establishing emotional awareness; teaching structure: from stylized, modular to individualized teaching —— Establishing a sense of creation; information exchange: changing from one-way information exchange to comprehensive information exchange – establishing a sense of feedback; teaching evaluation: from selection to promotion to individualized development – establishing a sense of diversified evaluation. Teachers are required to infiltrate the spirit of curriculum reform into current education and teaching.
2. Promote the transformation of students' learning styles. In view of the fact that basic education emphasizes the status quo of accepting learning, rote memorization, and mechanical training, the new curriculum advocates the learning mode of “active participation, willingness to explore, and cooperation and communication”. This is of great significance to the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and practical ability. Therefore, we will continue to promote the "learning case guidance" classroom teaching mode, we must take the transformation of learning style as the core issue of curriculum reform, we must grasp the five basic characteristics of modern learning methods: First, initiative. It is the primary feature of modern learning style. It is necessary for students to take responsibility for learning consciously and make students' learning become a truly meaningful activity. The second is independence. It is the core feature of modern learning style, which shows that I can learn. The third is unique. Effective learning methods are personalized because each student has a different way of observing, thinking, and solving problems than others; the fourth is experiential. It is a prominent feature of modern learning styles, emphasizing participation and focusing on direct experience. The fifth is problematic. The problem is to open the key to any science. The problem is the logical power of thought methods, knowledge accumulation and development. It is the seed for growing new ideas, new methods, and new knowledge. The problem consciousness is an important psychological factor for students to learn, especially creative learning. The above five characteristics can only effectively grasp the spirit of modern learning methods from the overall height, in order to effectively promote the transformation of students' learning style.
3. Innovative learning and training methods. The training method is the carrier of the training content. We must find ways to create flexible and scientific training methods, adopt the training methods such as “interactive participation, cooperative learning, and reflection construction”, and learn the best cases through learning theory and learning; talk about learning experience and talk about practical experience. Talk about changes in teachers and students; on the experimental class, on the research class, on the observation class; on the evaluation of educational ideas, evaluation of teaching design, evaluation of teaching methods and other types of seminars.
