First, carry out the promotion training . The training for the promotion of duties is carried out in a combination of teaching and sending to the countryside and urban areas.

Second, do a good job in the new round of comprehensive quality training for teachers in ethnic areas. By 2019, according to the requirements of the provincial and municipal education authorities, the review of the counseling and report books will be done.

Third, all-information information technology education and training . According to the arrangement of the Provincial Department of Education and the Municipal Education Bureau, the counties must complete the first round of training for the computer application of Chinese small teachers by XX years, and start the second round of information technology education for Chinese small teachers in XX. Due to various reasons, our county has not completed the training of the first round of Chinese small teachers' computer application base, and has not started the second round of Chinese small teachers' information technology education and training . Sixth, the national class teacher training

7. Conduct county-level key teacher training . X. Strive to introduce various teacher training programs.
