Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees is the most basic function of trade unions . Trade unions should put the interests of employees first. Only by safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees can the trade unions show their social status.

1. Care for the poor workers. The extremely poor workers are the vulnerable groups of society, and they are eager to receive the care of the society. It is the responsibility of the trade union organization to solve problems for the employees and solve problems for the people. It is also the duty of the trade union cadres. To this end, the township trade unions give full play to the role of the difficult staff to help the work of the liaison station, whenever the workers encounter illness, sleep or marriage, funeral and other major events, they can promptly send the organization's warmth and care. Carry out life care and financial help to the sick and ill workers. In the past six months, our trade union has assisted 5 people with ill-fated workers and invested 1,000 yuan in support funds. In order to accurately and accurately grasp the situation of employees, we have effectively implemented the work of helping employees in difficulties. Recently, we have also conducted a survey in enterprises across the town. Activities, focusing on understanding the basic situation of employees in various enterprises. 2. Participated in law enforcement inspections. In March of this year, the township trade unions also participated in the law enforcement inspection of the Labor Law and the Trade Union Law organized by the People's Congress of the People's Republic of China. 4. Grasp the supervision of safe production. Safety production is not only the protection of corporate property, but more importantly, it protects the safety of employees. The life of employees is the most precious. We classify companies such as XX Fireworks and Plants as key enterprises in safety production, while taking into account other enterprises. Doing regular inspections and regular supervision, so that the employees of the enterprise can be aware of the ideas, and the actions should be done. Because the company has done a lot of preliminary work, the safety production of the enterprise has been guaranteed.

1. Conscientiously implement the spirit of the Eighth National Committee's enlarged meeting of the 11th National Party Committee.

At the beginning of the year, the meeting of the chairman of the township grassroots trade union was held to convey the spirit of the county general meeting and focus on the goal of the trade union in XX. At the meeting, the grassroots trade unions were required to take the work requirements of the county federation of trade unions as a guide, and in light of the actual work of the unit, earnestly and effectively carry out the work of the trade unions , so that they are closer to the employees and closer to reality. 2. Formulated the target assessment opinions. 1. Actively carry out the propaganda work of the Labor Law and the Trade Union Law. After reviewing the work for half a year, the township trade unions can earnestly study and implement the archives and instructions of the higher-level trade unions , the town party committees and the government, and actively perform their basic duties. The tasks basically fulfill the objectives and tasks of the first half of the year. However, compared with advanced units, there is still a certain gap in our work. In particular, there are not many practices in trade union innovation. We need to work harder to ensure the realization of the mission objectives throughout the year.

Second half of the work focus

1. Further increase the formation of trade unions in non-public enterprises, achieve a union rate of 100% for enterprises with more than 8 employees, and achieve a 100% penetration rate for relatively stable enterprises. At the same time, to further innovate and improve the rights protection mechanism, the collective contract wages of more than 25 enterprises will reach a 100% coverage rate, and strive to establish 100% of the mutual help and help fund for employees with more than 50 employees.

2. Further consolidate and expand the achievements of “three-level joint creation” and “star rating assessment”, and actively strive to create county-level demonstration township labor unions . 80% of grassroots trade unions with more than 25 employees strive to create a three-star employee's home, which meets five-star standards. More than 8%. Strive for 100% of enterprises with more than 50 employees to implement the "personal congress" as the main form of democratic management system and factory open system.

3. Further strengthen the construction of the trade union team and actively explore new ways and new methods for trade union work. Increase the training of trade union cadres and earnestly improve the theoretical quality and work level of trade union cadres.
