With the continuous deepening of enterprise reform, the trade union work is even more important. In order to do a good job in trade unions , the community has included the work of trade unions on the important agenda, established a leading group for trade union work, established and improved various rules and regulations, and held many special meetings throughout the year to ensure the labor of the labor union , from people, wealth, We provide strong support in all aspects.

Second, efforts to solve the actual problems of residents and workers

In order to solve the problems of production and life of some poor residents and workers' families, and to ensure their orderly life, this year, from the perspective of maintaining social stability, combined with the creation of a full-employment community, we will do a good job in mapping, investigating, visiting and helping. From March to May this year, the community carried out earthquake relief activities, the large-scale garden activities carried out during the Spring Festival, the “Community Service Day” activities carried out in May, and the National Day celebrations performed at the end of September. The trade union members and the enterprise trade union organizations in the area actively responded and participated, and invested a certain amount of funds to ensure the smooth progress of various major activities and fulfilled their respective duties. Community trade unions also take the initiative to use the existing venues to provide large-scale conference halls, activity rooms, reading rooms, etc. for the units to be shared on a regular and irregular basis.
