Third, in the spare time, try to learn by yourself and climb the peak.

As the main carrier of the information age, computers occupy an extremely important position in the education of vegetarianism. How to tap the potential of students and improve the quality of students, especially the ability to use computers to solve practical problems, obviously has a direct and close relationship with the computer. Therefore, learning computers has become a compulsory course for today's teachers . It is also a form forced. When I have time, I will learn some knowledge of computers. I often find information on the Internet and use it for teaching. But learning a computer is not something that can be done in a day or two. It is like a sea that can never swim in the edge. 5. There are problems.

1. The awareness of bold practice and constant innovation in the work is not strong enough. There are many routine tasks in the daily work, less time to actively innovate, more thinking about the management work, and less overall planning. There are also some unsatisfactory places.

2. The literacy of all aspects of its own needs to be further improved. Although I usually pay attention to study, I don’t learn much and can’t learn. The level of learning is not high. In particular, cultural literacy, scientific thinking, management methods, scientific research capabilities, and learning standards are still lacking. There is still a big gap compared with others.

In the future, I will work harder to improve my political and ideological consciousness, business standards, do a good job in teaching, and be a good people teacher .
