The improvement of classroom efficiency depends entirely on the full preparation before the class. Therefore, in the collective preparation of classes, our classmates at the same level always communicate and discuss together, and put every unit, every class time and difficulty, teaching methods and practice design into one place. The collective wisdom is unlimited. Through the collective preparation of lessons, I feel my continuous progress in the invisible. Whenever we communicate with each other, I will feel that this will bring me permanent “nutrition”.

In addition, I also listen to other teachers' classes and learn the strengths of others. For those who don't understand or understand the textbooks, they are open-minded to experienced teachers. They also patiently help me, which has made me make great progress in teaching .
Second, the good study habits for students are quality assurance. Most students in the classroom can concentrate on listening and can finish their homework after class. However, there are also individual student learning habits that have not yet been developed. For example: Zhang Shuaipeng did not listen carefully in the classroom, and his concentration was not concentrated; Deng Chuangui’s little moves were too much; Zhou Qihang’s homework was written too slowly. In order to solve this problem, I started by improving the enthusiasm of students. According to the students' academic performance, writing speed, etc., they will be divided into small groups to start competitions, set learning goals for them, and urge them from time to time. For students with learning difficulties, help them find a suitable learning method, encourage them, and give them confidence. At the same time, as long as they progress, even if they are small, I will praise them in time. After a semester of training, most of the students have developed a habit of listening carefully and completing homework in a timely manner, forming a good study style.

Implementing small rewards and winning great results According to the psychological characteristics of primary school students, I also bought some small prizes to reward students with good performance. Although they are only small prizes, they can ignite their enthusiasm and motivate them to participate in learning.
Guo Penyuan of our class is a very smart boy, who has too many small moves and lacks concentration. But in one class, he performed better, then I took the opportunity to reward him with a mobile phone sticker. Who knows, he is very proud to say to me: "High teacher, I have to continue to perform very well, I want to get three mobile phone stickers, one for my mother, one for my father, one for my grandmother..." I didn't expect him to say that, of course, my heart was very happy. As for this little boy? In the next few days, he really performed very well!
Of course, it is also artistic to buy prizes. Using only a small flower will make the student's enthusiasm diminish. So, I use a new prize for the week. Such as: a seal, a leaf, a map, a sugar ... sometimes also use a variety of origami as a prize, students' interest is very large, the effect is not bad.
Improve students' hands-on ability and strengthen students' ability to do things. In teaching , they can achieve twice the result with half the effort. For example, when learning to recognize time, let the students make a clock face model. When they are in class, this pre-class preparation is much better than the ready-made clock. Students in the process of making the clock face, through their own thinking. Or ask the parents, have been self-study seriously, the classroom effect is quite good. For the students in the lower grades, they may have forgotten it; if they have seen it, they may understand it; if they have done it, they will understand it.
In the past year, I have used my heart to teach my students and use them to nurture students. I am giving, harvesting, being happy, progressing... In the future work, I will also face it with my heart and use all my enthusiasm to irrigate the cause.
