Summary of the first semester teaching work in the 2012-2013 school year


This semester, I will be teaching three classes in the third grade and five classes in the fourth grade. Regardless of subject research or education and teaching , there is great gain. Briefly summarized as follows:

First, the subject research

Our school's research has never been interrupted, just like the words of the former Soviet educator Suhomlinski. "If you let the teachers' work bring fun to the teachers, it will not become a tedious obligation to go to class every day. Then you should guide every teacher to take this happy path of research." Under the guidance of the school's general subject, our group has developed its own sub-project "Sunshine Smart Classroom Mode". Under the direct participation and guidance of the school leaders, research activities were carried out in more depth. And I have achieved some results. I will briefly review the work I have done in the research work since the semester.

1. Strengthen learning and self-improvement

All kinds of teaching books and periodicals have become the materials I have studied. Taking the learning of new curriculum standards as the core, starting from the needs of education and teaching , with the help of theoretical books, teaching magazines, online culture, and Professor Peng’s lecture on the application of multi-intelligence theory in classroom teaching , multi-party learning, all Azimuth improves one's own theoretical level.

2, do not relax every lesson

The ultimate goal of the research is to improve teaching and benefit students. Research needs to be practiced, and the classroom will let us complete this practice. In the classroom, I am in the "health first" teaching ideas, update the teaching concept, according to their own advantages, mining textbooks, display teaching expertise; while developing students' individuality, tap the potential of students, fully reflect the main role of students, enhance Student engagement. Combining several characteristics of the course proposed by the "Sunshine Smart Classroom Mode", the classroom always reflects democracy, harmony, interaction, integration and effectiveness, and integrates our characteristics in a timely and appropriate manner, and reflects the teacher's love, friendship and respect all the time. "Love" of unity, democracy and harmony. Through the classroom of love, teachers and students pay love, pass on love, experience love, and understand the true meaning of love, so that "love" can be extended.

3, timely reflection, summary

The research of the subject requires planning, purpose, and reflection. Prepare your own subjects according to the subject research plan, carefully take classes, and carry out targeted reflections and summaries after class. To achieve "thinking and thinking three questions": that is, every time a class is finished, the teacher must reflect on the situation that occurs in this class: think about which teaching methods are used well, you can continue to carry forward; think about it What mistakes can be avoided; ask yourself, what links can be done better, whether the teaching methods used are appropriate, whether they are in line with the student's learning rules; and where is the need to improve, ask yourself more Why, continuous reflection, to improve their teaching level.

4, feeling and harvest

After a semester of subject research work, I have a certain feeling and harvest. It started to feel particularly busy, stressful and valuable. It can fully tap the inner potential of the teacher, which can make me enjoy the pleasure of creation, create a sense of professional satisfaction and accomplishment, and thus improve my sense of professional dignity. In addition to feelings, there are still many gains. For example, the awareness of scientific research is constantly increasing. Collaborative awareness continues to increase. After participating in the research of the subject, I felt that my original knowledge was not enough, which prompted me to form a habit of learning. I will use the research perspective to examine the various problems I encountered in education and teaching , and use the classroom as the research site, which prompted me to gradually form a habit of reflection. I put my own achievements in reflection into practice and improved my practical ability. Experience the power and happiness of collaboration. It prompted me to actively communicate and communicate with other teachers, improve the ability to collaborate with the subject group teachers, and further enhance the friendship with the team members.

Second, teaching work

The purpose of the research is to teach better. First of all, students should be able to exercise scientifically and grow up healthily to reduce the incidence of injuries. Develop students' methods of scientific exercise in the teaching process. Let students develop the habit of scientific exercise from an early age. Secondly, I pay special attention to the cultivation of human cognitive rules in the teaching process. In this way, students can learn technology and form skills as soon as possible, so that physical education teachers can truly achieve intensive teaching and practice, laying the foundation for the teaching methods and organizational methods of physical education research and science. Finally, I pay special attention to the students' ideological education in teaching , and use the characteristics of physical education materials combined with specific content to educate students. Cultivate students' consciousness, organization, discipline, collective honor, not afraid of suffering, not afraid of tired, brave and tenacious spirit. Under the guidance of the educational thoughts of our school, physical education classes fully embody love, convey love, and teachers and students fully enjoy love.

Third, other work

I am working at the North Campus this semester. In addition to the 16 lessons per week, I also did the following work:

1. Work as a deputy class teacher for four classes. Every day at noon and afternoon, after school, the class teacher will escort the road team to school. And do the classroom hygiene with the value of Nisshin. When the class teacher has something to do, the deputy class teacher has to rush to the first one, and he is duty-bound.

2. Seriously do a good job in student physical fitness testing, and be responsible for the physical and mental testing of all students in the third and fourth grades and the entry and statistical work of the test results. Despite the heavy workload, I have completed my work tasks with quality and quantity in my own unremitting efforts.

3. Do a good job in the learning and promotion of broadcasting exercises. Because the sports facilities of the new campus are still not perfect, they can only use the time of physical education to promote. Four classes a day, the scorpion is always hoarse. In response to this situation, I am flexible in designing teaching methods to enhance students' interest in learning. By the end of the semester, every class has become proficient.

4. Seriously organize large classes and various sports activities. Seriously complete the tasks assigned by the leadership.

A Chunhua, a Qiu Shi, I was sweating and tears on the road of teaching and educating people. However, what I harvested was the fullness and the heavy emotion. I use my heart to teach my students. I use my feelings to nurture my students. I am worthy of my heart. I have no regrets about my career. Let me turn my life-long education into a fire that loves students, and dedicate our most precious love to the children. I believe that today's flower buds will be blooming, and tomorrow will be able to bloom beautiful flowers.
