Traditional educational ideas have influenced rural Chinese teachers to be weak points in experimental teaching . The old education concept of teachers cannot keep pace with the development of education. In the process of promulgating and implementing the new curriculum standards, our school first strengthened the training of science experiment teachers, organized science teachers of all grades, studied textbooks and outlines, clarified the experimental projects and requirements of this semester, and formulated experiments. The teaching plan schedules, and asks them to carefully prepare lessons, earnestly attend classes, and write their experiences after class according to the teaching plan. At the same time, many teachers are not satisfied with the ability to train students to observe and explore science in the classroom, and plan to organize students to carry out practical activities such as collecting and fishing in the wild. In order to better cultivate students' interest in big science and inspire their love of science, the school established an interest group for scientific subjects - specimen production and radio interest groups. Provide conditions for students to understand big science and enhance scientific science knowledge.

Second, the institutionalization of laboratory management, to promote the regularization of experimental teaching .

At the same time of construction, development and use, the school laboratory has formulated various rules and regulations: "Scientific Laboratory Management System", "Scientific Instrument Management System", "Scientific Experimental Instrument Damage Compensation System", "Science Lab" Health System, "Responsibilities of Scientific Laboratory Personnel". These systems are not only posted on the wall, but also strictly enforced in normal teaching . The borrowing of various experimental equipments can be used for borrowing and returning records in a timely manner. The manuals and various books of all kinds of instruments in the laboratory are complete, and the accounts, cards and objects are matched. The laboratory instruments are all numbered according to the department catalogue, and are stored in the light weight, high, low, horizontal or vertical. Not only to achieve the positioning of the fixed cabinet, but also to be scientific, tidy, beautiful and generous.

Third, continue to strengthen management and reform the evaluation mechanism of experimental teaching .

During the semester, we continued to manage the property of the laboratory, determined that the person used the standard account book, and billed the instrument according to the ministerial goal. All the instruments were stored in the cabinet, and the instrument was numbered in the cabinet. on. In this semester, we continue to implement the two experiments on experimental teaching according to the “Regulations on the Implementation of the Bamboo Squatting Science and Science Teaching Practice”: the first part of “Exploration of Experimental Teaching ” and the “Establishment of Experimental Teaching Equipment”. Incorporate experimental teaching assessment into educational work and overall assessment. The content of the assessment is experimental teaching plan, summary, experimental record, experimental effect, management and use rate of instruments and equipment, experimental opening rate, laboratory cleanliness and safety precautions. And through regular or irregular spot checks, follow-up lectures and other forms of assessment, and the results of the assessment are stored in the teacher's business files, and are summarized into the teacher's monthly test. Through ideological guidance and process management, school experimental teaching has been carried out in a normal and orderly manner.

Fourth, further strengthen the experimental teaching research and promote the continuous optimization of experimental teaching .

Teaching and research activities are the vitality of teaching . Therefore, we have strengthened the discussion of experimental teaching and process research, using systematic theory, earnest research, and actively carrying out experimental experiments. The specific method is to actively carry out exploratory experimental teaching research, hold experimental teaching open class, research class and excellent experimental teaching case evaluation activities, summarize exchange experience, carry out experimental teaching papers and self-made teaching aids evaluation activities, and continuously improve evaluation methods and means. Emphasis on process evaluation and multi-evaluation, aiming to improve the enthusiasm of teachers in scientific experimental research. This teaching research and evaluation measures have undoubtedly become the driving force for the routineization of experiments.

V. Constantly summarizing and reflecting on improving the scientific research results of teachers and students.
