I know that a good teacher-student relationship is a prerequisite for good teaching results. In order to achieve the goal of each class, I did a serious preparation of lessons before class, and repeatedly thought about teaching organization methods, and collected relevant materials in many aspects. In order to improve the teaching effect of each lesson and improve the quality of classroom teaching , I pay attention to researching textbooks and grasping the basics and key points. Pay attention to the development of humanized teaching , mobilize students' interest in learning politics, mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students, improve the teaching quality of the classroom, and complete the teaching tasks on time. In teaching , preparing lessons is an indispensable and important part of the preparation of students, as well as teaching materials and teaching methods. After the opening of “Banbantong” in schools, I attach great importance to combining classroom teaching with modern educational methods and online educational resources, using the Internet to download excellent teaching resources, and integrating and modifying according to actual teaching needs. High-quality teaching courseware, assisting classroom teaching , basically achieved the "banbantong" equipment. Inadequate preparation or poor preparation will seriously affect the classroom atmosphere and enthusiasm. The preparation for the class is sufficient, and the enthusiasm of the students can be mobilized. But at the same time, we must have the ability to control the classroom, because every move of the students in the classroom will directly affect the classroom teaching . Therefore, it is necessary to try to get students to invest in class and not to distract them. This is very particular. The class is rich in content and realistic. Naturally, the lectures are lively, and it is difficult to take care of all of them. It is natural to attract students. Therefore, I remind myself every day to have sufficient spirit and let the students feel a positive atmosphere. Encourage students to learn knowledge through their passionate teaching .

Grasp the migration of students' non-intellectual factors and stimulate their interest in conscious learning. In normal teaching , good students are of course loved by teachers, but later students need our teachers to care about their emotions and attitudes. There is a saying that is good: there are no students who can't teach, only teachers who can't teach. In daily teaching , we feel that the student difference is not the difference in intelligence, but the influence of their non-intellectual factors. In the daily teaching , we never give up every student, but start from the non-intellectual factors of the students, make full use of their active non-intellectual factors, and guide them to transfer to study.

Reflecting on my work, I think that I still have many shortcomings in teaching : such as the lack of detailed and standardized books, which affects the students' knowledge of the organization; the quality of the students' homework is not strict enough, which leads to some students’ misconduct and not active. In terms of how to guide students to actively and orderly participate in the classroom teacher-student interaction, we must study well.
