This is my second year of work in the school, so I dare not slack off, and the work is still serious and diligent. During the year, I used two holidays to fully study the mathematics textbooks of the first, second and third grades, read some teaching reference materials, and then trained two mathematics teachers in the first, second and third grades of the county. The exchange discussed some problems encountered during the teaching process and received relatively good results. At the beginning of each semester, we will carefully formulate the teaching schedules for the first, second and third grades to provide a variety of services for the schools at the beginning of the semester.

In March, we conducted regular lectures and lectures. We went to the experimental national small, the Evergreen National Primary School, the Shengshui Central School, the Qianguo Elementary School, the Victory Elementary School, and the Construction Elementary School. Every time I go to a school, I listened to the class very seriously. After class, the teachers in the same class communicated humbly and communicated well, which improved their business level.

In April, we still went to the schools to listen to regular teaching classes. We went to the Shijiadian Central School, the Camelback Center School, and the Wudaogou Center School. Through the lectures, we not only learned about the teaching situation of each school, but also defined the direction for how to further carry out teaching and research activities. On the 15th, we went to the Sanyuanpu Central School and the Hongshi Center School to attend classes and contacted and determined to hold a lecture on mathematics film research and development in Sanyuanpu. On the 24th, we went to the Sanyuanpu Central School to listen to the lectures. Thanks to our preparations, the teaching of the effective mathematics teaching film held in Sanyuanpu on the 29th was very successful. At the teaching and research meeting, a total of five mathematics classes were displayed. After the afternoon class, we first conducted interactive discussions with teachers and teaching researchers, and asked questions and answers. In May, on the 8th, Mr. Zhang, a Chinese teaching and researcher, went to build a small school in the morning. In the afternoon, he went to Shengliguo to listen to two Chinese classes. The harvest was very big. On the 14th, he actively participated in the language teaching seminars in the county and worked as a whistle. He was busy for a day. Although he was tired, he was filled with joy when he saw the success of the Chinese Language Teaching and Research Association. On the 15th and 16th, Teacher Liang finished the sixth grade mathematics simulation test. I was responsible for using the computer to play it out. The time was short and the task was urgent. It was very hard. I completed the task in two days. On the 27th, we went to the Hengtong Central School to attend classes; on the 29th, we went to the Luotongshan Central School to attend classes.

In June, we began to prepare for the final exam questions. Due to the tight budget of the school, we have less lectures in the countryside than before. This semester is more time-consuming, but we have to form an electronic text all the time, and the difficulty has increased. Fortunately, I just completed the printing task of the sixth-grade mathematics simulation test. I took it seriously and finally completed the task well.

In July, near the end of the semester, we are working on personal webpage production. I don't know much. They are all the old classmates who helped me to make it. I am very grateful to her. On the 13th, four teaching and research staff from our small ministry went to Changchun to study. We returned from Changchun on the 19th. My learning was great.

In September, the Education Bureau organized experiments and some teachers in Changqing to carry out activities to send and send to the countryside. We first went to the two schools to determine the candidates, and then went to the two schools on the 17th to listen to the teachers to try and communicate. On the 19th, we went to Gushanzi to participate in the activities of sending and going to the countryside. On the 22nd, all the teachers of our small ministry participated in the empty lectures of English teachers in the county organized by English teaching and research personnel, which made the event a successful conclusion. On the 25th, we went to the National Elementary School to learn about regular teaching .

In October, we first went to the construction of the National Elementary School and the Victory Elementary School to conduct lectures and learn about routine teaching . On the 14th, we went to Shengshui, Hengtong, and Xinfa to listen to the lectures of the Shengshui Film Teaching and Research Association. On the 15th, we went to the Evergreen Elementary School to attend the lectures and participated in the research work of Liuhe on the curriculum reform of various disciplines. On the 17th, we went to the holy water to listen to the teachers to try and study the lectures. On the 22nd, we successfully held a teaching and research session on language and mathematics practical teaching in Shengshui. During the event, a total of 5 classes were arranged. After the afternoon class, all the teaching and research staff of our small ministry conducted interactive discussions, questions and answers, and discussed and answered questions in the students of Shengshui, Hengtong and Xinfa Townships. In the atmosphere, the Institute has received very good results.

In November, we focused on the evaluation of the key teachers in the teacher training department. From the 13th to the 1st of this month, we spent nearly four weeks, from rural to urban areas, and took 22 national small schools. I listened to the lessons of 39 key teachers, and completed the assessment work well on the one hand. On the one hand, it also gave me a better understanding of the classroom teaching of the backbone teachers in our county. After completing this work, we immediately put into the final exam proposition work. We took all the time and spent less than three weeks finally getting the job done.

What is more gratifying for this semester is that my mathematics teaching and research blog was finally opened with the help of Director Huang and posted to the school online. At present, there are still very few teachers who participate in comments online. I will continue to work hard to upload some good content suitable for teachers to learn, which is conducive to the professional growth of teachers, and make my greatest contribution to better serve the frontline teachers.
