I. Ideological and political learning

During this semester, the school organized a series of political learning activities, and through study, it has greatly improved its ideological, political, and legal awareness. In the process of political study, I took more than 6,000 notes and learned more than XX words. I completed the political study plan for this semester.

Second, business learning

In the new educational and teaching environment, I constantly learn new knowledge and new working methods from my work. In the collective preparation of classes every Monday, I and other teachers discussed the teaching content and methods, solved the problems, and obtained many new knowledge, new teaching methods and educational concepts, so that the level of education and teaching has a great improve.

Usually pay attention to reading newspapers and magazines in education and teaching , do business notes, write business learning experience, and improve their own level of education and teaching theory.
Actively participate in the teaching and research activities organized by the school, often listen to the teachers' classes in the school, draw on the advantages of others, supplement their own deficiencies, and improve their teaching level.

Third, education and teaching work

This semester I am a biology course for the third to third classes. I strive to find reasonable teaching methods and teaching methods, starting from the interest of improving students' learning, focusing on cultivating students' self-confidence, and striving to achieve student-centered and teacher-led teaching methods in education and teaching activities. The student's subjective status has made most students have a strong interest in learning the subject of biology.

Fourth, student management work

V. Insufficient work

a) Student management work is still not careful enough or extreme. Sometimes, because students are not scattered or the lectures are not serious, or the homework can not be completed on time, and the work methods are too aggressive, this is something that should be paid attention to in future work.

b), less conversion after the birth. Although the results of the students in this semester are satisfactory to me, the number and achievements of the transformation of the undergraduates are still not ideal. In the future teaching , more methods and methods will be studied.
