First, strengthen ideological and political study, profoundly understand the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC National Congress, and earnestly practice the scientific development concept. The second is to do a good job in your job. The work is pragmatic and innovative, the teaching is good at learning, diligently summing up, and has achieved the classroom teaching mode of careful preparation, serious class, and timely reflection. The teaching effect is remarkable and popular among students. It is precisely because of the consistently pragmatic work style that I have been in the second half of the year to work in the office. Taking over the new job, without any fear of difficulty, quickly resolved this simple and complicated work. Every day, I insist on getting up early and late, every time I can smile and face the teachers and students, and actively do a good job in service, which has been well received by teachers and students. Adhere to reasonable fees, each income and expenditure are carefully registered, and a total of more than 20,000 yuan in revenue for half a year, but no corruption, misappropriation of a penny, the successful completion of this work, but also completed the various paperwork assigned by the leadership, to gain praise.

Third, some achievements have been made. This year's video recording class won the provincial second prize, and five papers were published or won awards. More than 10 literary works were published in provincial and municipal newspapers, which cultivated their writing ability well. At the same time, we actively carried out propaganda work and published more than 20 newsletters on the mainstream media of the province and the city, which enhanced the reputation of the school. The main focus is on the update of the campus network. A total of more than 30 pieces of information have been updated. Each piece of information has been collected, edited, and integrated. The audit management has been done carefully to ensure accurate information and timely transmission of campus dynamics. In addition, this year, the students were instructed to participate in the competition for more than 10 awards. They recommended that the students be given 10 assignments and organized to participate in the Hunan Provincial Campus Literature Competition.
