Summary of the work of political education in middle schools in 2019


The work in 2019 is about to come to an end. Over the past year, I have worked hard to learn the party's educational policy, to study Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thinking of the "Three Represents", to arm myself with a new concept of education and teaching , and to strive to improve my educational theory and Political literacy, on the one hand, actively supports the work of the top leaders, starting from the investigation and research, comprehensively understanding the situation of the school, the mentality of teachers and students, working with the school leaders to study the work ideas, draw up the work plan, and with a strong sense of responsibility and Career and self-discipline of the work within the scope of their own management to ensure that the school education and teaching work is working properly. My working principle is: open-minded learning, peace and harmony; diligent and helpful, willing to be an assistant, good at thinking, and constantly innovating. The starting point is that everything is for the growth of students, all for the development of the middle school. In the past year, I have done the following work mainly in the politics and education work in charge:

1. Intensive class management: We firmly grasped the core strength of this management student, and held more than 10 class meetings before and after, further clarifying the job responsibilities, requirements and work focus of the class teacher, improving the work ability of the class teacher, and strengthening the work. The class teacher's responsibility for work continued to implement the class teacher's duty day system and the check-in system for checking the students at night, thus strengthening the class teacher's management of the students.

2. Grasp the entrance education: The entrance education is focused on the management system for freshmen, so that students have rules and scales in their hearts. At the beginning of the semester, we spent six days in enrolling freshmen, enriching the content, thoroughly explaining, and passing the entrance education. On the one hand, we promoted the school, and also made the students clear their roles and understand the rules of obedience. The teaching and living order laid a solid foundation.

3. Strengthen the campus environment rectification and establish a good image of the school: This semester has always adhered to the cleaning and inspection appraisal system of “one day and two cleanings, one appraisal one week” in environmental sanitation, and fully integrated the inspection of the Ministry of Political Education with the inspection of student cadres. It not only cultivates the management ability of student cadres, but also cultivates the self-education ability of all students. This ensures that the campus is clean and tidy at all times. The leaders of all levels and departments who came to our school and the peers who visited our school left a good impression.

4. Strengthening the construction of campus culture and giving full play to the campus culture education function: We use the goal of restoring the provincial model high school to stimulate students' self-respect and honor, educate students to compete as qualified model high schools, and cultivate students' self-education. Ability; use the opportunity of the undergraduate online rate to create a new high, to stimulate students to study hard and establish aspirations. Using the "Sounds of Campus Broadcasting" and campus publicity boards, timely report on campus dynamics, comprehensively reflect campus life, and broaden students' self-education channels. The recognition of advanced, rewarding excellence, enhance students' understanding and concern for the school.

5. Strengthen student legal education and safety work: Adhere to the examination of students who are late or absent. The guards check the entrance and exit of the whole school, and the administrative examinations of the students in the class are late, absent and disciplined. The class teacher checks the discipline of the students in the class, and the instructor in the class supervises the students' late arrival and absence. Due to the strengthening of routine management, the inspection and supervision work was strengthened, the organizational discipline of the students was strengthened, the class style of each class was optimized, and a good image of the middle school was established.

6. Re-employment of the guards, enhanced the power of the guards, strengthened the duties, implemented the 24-hour patrol system of the guards, and strengthened the monitoring and management of the students on holidays.

7. Strengthen the management of students living in residence: While focusing on system construction, the role of class teachers and management personnel in dormitory management has been strengthened. The implementation of the class teacher sign-in system has formed a three-pronged approach, including the class teacher, the dormitory administrator, and the value-leading leader. The dormitory administrator has implemented the appointment system. The school implements regular and irregular surprise inspections, and the student council officials manage themselves, which strengthens the management of student residences.

8. 9.22 - On December 12, I was appointed by the Education Bureau. I participated in the training of the 33rd Senior High School Principal Qualification Training Course held by Hefei Teachers College hosted by the Provincial Department of Education for nearly three months. With the study of theory and practice, I further clarified my job responsibilities, improved my thinking and understanding, and improved my own quality.

Looking back on the work in the past year, ** middle school is advancing in hard work, and the political and religious work in charge of it has achieved certain results. The leaders at all levels have given me great support. The political and religious offices, the various departments, and the various grade groups have given me very much.
