Summary of the first semester of the 2013 school year

During this semester, I worked as a junior high school language teacher under the school's work schedule. Since the beginning of the semester, with the care and support of the school leaders, we have done our due diligence to do all the work. The details are as follows:

Ideologically, I firmly support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, actively participate in the political study of the school, improve ideological awareness, love the party's educational cause, consciously abide by the laws and regulations in the Teacher Law, conscientiously implement the education policy, and strive to explore the law of education and teaching . Participate in teaching and research activities, obey distribution, conscientiously complete all kinds of work, lead by example, be a teacher, and constantly improve their business level.

In terms of teaching work, facing the graduation exam, the teaching tasks throughout the semester are relatively heavy. But in any case, in order to improve my teaching level, I will strive for opportunities to attend lectures, learn from others' strengths, and comprehend the teaching art. I also humbly ask experienced teachers. Every time I take a class, I am fully prepared, and I will never fight unprepared. In the course of preparing lessons, the textbooks are carefully analyzed, and the lesson plans are designed according to the characteristics of the textbooks and the actual situation of the students. Use a variety of teaching methods in the classroom to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students to learn, to activate the classroom atmosphere and improve the quality of teaching . And carefully write the teaching plan and study the syllabus carefully. Efforts should be made to "teaching" and "cultivating people" to educate students in the process of teaching knowledge.

After the students enter the middle school, most of the time is spent in the school. The school is the main place to cultivate students' healthy personality and promote their good social adaptability. Teachers are the main promoters of school education. Due to their own particularity, the students in the third class of the third grade must face their own status quo in addition to the pressure of further studies. Therefore, the emergent situations that are usually easy to appear are more complicated. Therefore, in the usual treatment of students, patient guidance to students, give appropriate opportunities to encourage. Love students, care for students' learning and life, and make students develop morally, intellectually, and physically. And take the initiative to contact the parents of students, using various factors of school and family to improve students' achievements. Of course, students with different personalities and family environments should adopt different educational methods. At this point, I must continue to explore.

As a teacher, I face dozens of students in a class. In class teaching , not only the interaction between teachers and students, but also the interaction between students and students, in order to make the interaction of the whole classroom become a positive factor for effective teaching , teachers need to carry out effective class and classroom management. Therefore, as a middle school teacher, if you want to be competent in teaching , you need to work harder, participate more actively in the practice of quality education, keep learning, constantly update your educational philosophy, and constantly improve yourself so that you can give the next generation a better education!

In this semester, I have achieved some results and found some shortcomings. I hope that I can make further progress and perfection in the next semester.
