Summary of the teaching and research work of the National School for the 2012-2013 school year
This year, the teaching and research work of our school is based on the opinions of the district education bureau and the Qingyun Center's national education work. With the strong and continuous development of the new curriculum reform, the development of students is the foundation, and the transformation of teaching methods and learning methods is unswervingly promoted. Students' autonomy, independence, initiative and creativity are truly publicized and promoted. Focusing on improving the efficiency of classroom teaching , comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching . Some of the practices of our school in the first semester are reviewed as follows:
1. Construct a learning platform to promote teaching practice
1. Use the weekly business study time to conduct business learning. Learning combines the experience and practice of each teacher to think and communicate to promote the improvement of teachers' learning skills.
2. Strengthen the training of teachers' business ability by means of “going out, please come in”. Actively participate in the special lectures organized by the Central Committee. At the same time, teachers will be organized to participate in various trainings at all levels. During this semester, our school has repeatedly sent teachers to go out to attend lectures, learn from other places, promote self-study inward, and continuously improve the teaching and research level and teaching ability of teachers.
Second, strictly abide by the system and act according to the plan
1. According to the characteristics of the disciplines, our school has developed teaching and research activities according to the characteristics of the disciplines. I have listened to the lessons of five teachers this semester.
2. Actively participate in inter-school exchanges and seminars, and through the film teaching and research activities in the district, enhance mutual exchanges, mutual understanding, mutual learning, mutual benefit and win-win. Our school's teachers have participated in inter-school seminars and raised together with other schools' peers.
3. Actively guide teachers to participate in online teaching and research, and the office has opened broadband, which is convenient for teachers to learn online. During the year, five kinds of newsletters were issued to convey the recent work of our school. Published 3 papers.
Third, seize the key points, build a platform and do a good job
1. In the current semester, according to the initial work plan, everyone will listen to the five public classes. And make a record.
2, according to the teaching and research work plan, to achieve business learning everyone involved. There are themes, learning, communication, perception, practice, and thinking.
3. Carry out school-based teaching and research activities, not limited to form.
The results belong to the past, and a short year has passed. Looking to the future, what will we do in the new year? We will continue our successful approach and learn to improve.
Fourth, the next step of work concept:
Basic ideas: continue to conduct in-depth research on new courses, effectively implement teaching routines, scientifically carry out research on topics, and focus on improving the quality of teachers.
1. Strictly implement the new curriculum time plan to ensure the smooth implementation of national, local and school-based courses. When you want to open a discipline, you should pay special attention to the development and implementation of comprehensive practical activity courses and school-based courses.
2. Continue to strengthen the research and training of new curriculum materials. Through the training of new theories, new experiences and new methods of curriculum reform, teachers will be encouraged to study new teaching materials, use new teaching materials, and promote the effective improvement of teachers' ability to master teaching materials.
3. Conduct school-based teaching and research in a solid and in-depth manner. Through various forms of school-based teaching and research, we will improve the professional level of teaching and research staff, business cadres and teachers.
4. Improve the teaching and research level of curriculum reform in weak schools.
