There are some shortcomings in the teaching and research work in the second half of 2019. However, in the summary, the shortcomings are always inadequate or indecent, but after careful consideration, it is better to be a person.

Although this semester published the "Composition of Essay Teaching ", most of it relied on the support of the Principal Huang, I am very embarrassed.

The lack of teaching and research work is reflected in the following aspects:

1. Teaching and research is mainly based on teachers' self-directed learning, and their enthusiasm is poor.

2. Insufficient efforts in conducting listening courses and improving teaching ideas and teaching methods.

3. Less concentrated learning.

4. The purpose of teaching and research is not clear enough.

5. Some teachers have some problems in publishing blog posts, such as the problem of typing slowly.

The reason:

1. I have been teaching Chinese in the third year of this year. I feel a lot of pressure and I am not able to do anything about teaching and research activities.

2. Lack of confidence. Lack of enthusiasm for teaching and research.

3. Some teachers are not active enough in teaching and research.

4. No breakthroughs have been found in carrying out teaching and research.

Of course, work is not without merit, and regular teaching is carried out in an orderly manner. The teaching is basically carried out according to the plan, the establishment of the Sina blog circle, the teachers are also actively cooperating, the multimedia teaching is used reasonably, the teaching work is due diligence, and there are many places worthy of praise.

In fact, there are too many advantages in our teachers, work hard, and do our job... If the head of the teaching and research team finds ways to carry out the work, it can do a good job. In the future work, I must have a clear goal, carefully organize, model the lead, and strive for breakthroughs.
