A semester is about to pass, and after a busy day, you can finally sit down and count the lessons gained during this semester. This semester, I worked as a teacher in English for nine years. In order to do the teaching tasks for the third day of this year, I took classes on time, actively participated in various teaching activities organized by the school, combined with the actual conditions of the school and the actual situation of the students, carefully prepared lessons, listened to classes, humbly consulted the old teachers, and reflected on teaching in a timely manner. Seriously study the test-type questions, and instill in the test process for the students, so that the teaching is planned, organized, step-by-step, and efficient. Nowadays, under the care and guidance of the school leaders, I have successfully completed the teaching of the first semester of the third year. I will summarize the teaching work since the semester:
First, at the beginning of the school, the teaching plan was carefully formulated and the purpose of teaching was clarified. Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform concept, according to the syllabus , teaching materials, student practice and education and teaching rules, the semester teaching plan was formulated.
Second, in teaching , preparing lessons is an indispensable and important part. Inadequate preparation or poor preparation will seriously affect the classroom atmosphere and enthusiasm, so I spend a lot of time each day preparing lessons, seriously studying the teaching materials and teaching methods. Although it is hard, it turns out to be worthwhile.
Third, seriously organize classroom teaching . Forty-five minutes of a class is a stage in which a teacher performs skills. In class, in the principle of "preaching, teaching , and confusing", we strive to improve the quality of teaching and make the explanations organized, clear, accurate and vivid. Make every class students gain, and strive to make students lay a good foundation, develop their abilities, develop wisdom, cultivate students' correct thinking style, and develop good study habits. Insist on the principle of taking students as the main body, teachers as the mainstay, and training as the main line. In the classroom, special attention is paid to mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, strengthening the communication between teachers and students, fully embodying the main role of students, making students learn easily, learn easily, and have a good time. In the classroom, according to different students design different levels of questions, establish students' self-confidence, so that students at all levels can be improved.
Fourth, humbly ask other experienced teachers. The teacher's teaching process is a learning process. Therefore, in the process, once there is doubt in the mind, teachers and other experienced teachers will be invited, and the lectures will be earned more than 20 sessions per semester, and the lectures will be taken, the skills will be taken, the shortcomings will be overcome, and often Other teachers communicate and improve teaching methods.
Fifth, seriously correct the operation. Adhere to the proper amount of homework to consolidate and improve the knowledge that students have learned. When arranging work, we must insist on being targeted, hierarchical, and diversified.
6. Seriously reflect on teaching . Teaching this activity, there will be no progress without reflection. Stick to each lesson, seriously think back and reflect.
Seven, do a good job in after-school counseling. English learning is a language study, so after class, different students are given counseling. From the usual classroom reaction, after-school communication, and homework records, grasp the psychological status of each student, grasp their characteristics and personality, and communicate with them in a targeted manner, so as to conduct counseling according to the level and according to the situation. Give care and care in a timely manner. Be good at discovering the merits of students and giving them praise; actively discovering the bright spots of the underachievers, giving encouragement in time and establishing their self-confidence.
Eight, after a semester of hard work, some students have improved their grades, but there are also many shortcomings. The shortcoming is that the student's knowledge structure is not complete, and the knowledge learned cannot be used correctly.
9. Self-improvement and teaching and research. During this semester, I worked hard to learn English education teaching theory and new curriculum concepts, and made self-study notes; actively participated in various learning and training, and received good results, so that my business level has improved.
