During the semester, the research work of our school will conscientiously study and implement the goals set by the Municipal Education Work Conference. The focus of the Xiangfang District Education Bureau and the general goal of the school work will be based on the overall improvement of the quality of students . Position, to solve the practical problems in education and teaching as the foothold, adhere to the combination of theoretical research and practical research, further standardize scientific research management, stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in scientific research, effectively improve the quality of scientific research, start school brand, promote school connotation development of. A certain effort has been made to comprehensively improve the school-running level of the school, and it is summarized from five aspects.
First, increase the intensity of training and learning
During the semester, our school will focus on the specific issues that arise in the previous experimental research.
Create a good learning atmosphere, and collect and organize the materials of the learning database for each subject, so that the teacher's learning becomes a conscious behavior. At the same time, our school has recommended three research backbone teachers to participate in the training and strengthen the research team.
Increase the training of the heads of the sub-groups, and lead the teachers to carry out research on topics. The heads of each project carefully wrote the project semester implementation plan to strengthen the integration of teaching and research and teaching research. At the end of the period, the textbooks and teachers were evaluated by the department according to their research plans, which ensured the consistency of the research process, results and plans.
Continue to adopt the method of “going out, please come in”. During the semester, our school sent two teachers to Beijing to study in the face of financial constraints. Second, standardize and improve the management of the subject.
1. Grasp the management of daily subjects and pay attention to regulation. The research laboratory carefully records the scientific research activities in a normal manner, and carries out research work on a project basis, paying attention to the research process of the subject. Preside over the research work of the main subject of the school, and guide and supervise the development of each sub-topic.
2. Strengthen the accumulation of scientific research materials. Each research group attached great importance to the accumulation of data. In addition to the special personnel, it also carried out inspections and improvements.

In the course of research, we should pay attention to:
1. The organic combination of subject research and classroom teaching . The entry point of the research is the classroom. Therefore, teachers must be able to become the main body of scientific research. They adopt the "collective-style" lesson preparation, the "exploration-style" assessment class, and the "investigation-style" lectures, etc., and carry out the teaching grand prix. Each class can become a research base, and the classroom teaching will gradually form a model;
2. Mutual promotion of theory and practice. Give full play to the main role of the research group in the research of teaching reform, carry forward the initiative and creative spirit, and adopt the new assessment system to break the "big pot rice"; the school teaching department will also organize teachers to actively participate in various types of essay activities. The research laboratory will take on the task of collecting and feedback information, and timely convey information about essays and papers at the municipal level to each teacher. The research institute will screen the teachers' manuscripts, set the quality, and do the selection and delivery work. The competition is wide and the winning rate is high.
3. The organic unity of individual research and collective research. The activities of the research group in this semester should be serialized. It is required that members of this group must attend classes in the same class. After class, they must be evaluated. 4. Establish an educational concept of equality between urban and rural areas and build a harmonious class. Through the board newspapers, theme class team meetings, speeches, essays and other activities, the classes of the school enable students to understand the equal education of everyone in the blue sky, to promote the famous and successful advanced examples of poor children, and to encourage poverty. 5. The school attaches great importance to the daily teaching of mental health education. The school will improve the quality of mental health education classes when it is completed and full of mental health education classes. 6. The school actively carried out the love for the children of migrant workers, built a harmonious campus activity, and timely solved the psychological distress caused by these economic difficulties. 7. Improve the level of parenting education and promote parents to change their educational thoughts.
