In February 2019, I was named the leader of the character and social sciences in Kuiwen District. In the past year, I have always strictly followed the standards of the academic leaders, fulfilling the duties of the academic leaders and making effective use of them. Academic leaders take the lead in the backbone of the region. A brief summary of the work in the past year:

First, strengthen study, and constantly improve their political thinking and professionalism

The title of academic leader makes me feel that I am responsible for shouldering responsibility. To be qualified for this work, we must have a higher level of thought and spirit, and respond with a higher level of work. Therefore, to improve our theoretical level, humanistic cultivation and professional guidance have become the main goals of my study. Actively participate in various political studies and take notes carefully. Constantly improve their ideological consciousness, resolutely resist the influence of various bad ethos, work diligently, work hard, and always strictly demand themselves with the teacher's professional ethics. Always lead by example and set a good example for students. Actively participate in various business learning and teacher training organized by the city, and constantly improve their business capabilities and professionalism.

Second, based on the classroom, and strive to improve their own education and teaching level

I have always been engaged in front-line teaching work, and have always served as a product teaching , language teaching and class teacher. I believe that front-line teaching is the cornerstone and experimental field of my professional development. I can apply the new knowledge I have learned to education and teaching practice as early as possible. I thoroughly studied the "Course Standards", reorganized the textbooks according to my own understanding, selected appropriate teaching methods, and took the ability to develop students as the teaching goal. In the process of teaching, the process of "teaching" and "learning" is integrated into an interactive process of teachers and students, which fully reflects the process of students' independent learning and promotes classroom teaching into an artistic process. For each lesson, I carefully prepare lessons and attend classes, and strive to be a quality class. Now, the "autonomous mutual learning learning" classroom teaching model has basically taken shape, and has been welcomed by students and praised by parents. While doing a good job in daily teaching , I actively participated in various classroom teaching demonstrations at all levels. In May 2019, I won the second prize of the Quality Department of Shandong Province, and the Department of Quality Education , and provided a section of the observation class in the district last semester. The exchanges and interactions with the teachers have led to the reform of the classroom teaching of the students and products in our district.

Third, clear ideas, and actively do a good job in teaching and research

In the new historical period, I kept abreast of the latest developments in education, actively organized various school-based teaching and research activities in the school, and fully utilized the school's “teacher growth studio” platform to learn the advanced education concept of Dulangkou with young teachers. Learn Shanghai's advanced experience of “curricular integration” and actively explore and practice the life-giving road of educating people. In the last semester, I participated in the judging work of the experts in the district student and product society, and I felt that I had benefited a lot. Actively participate in network teaching and research work, earnestly perform the duties of the network discipline teaching and research network administrators, and assist the teaching and research staff to do network teaching and research work. In September 2019, he was named as an excellent administrator of online interactive teaching and research in Kuiwen District; took the lead in actively building a personal blog. On the personal blog newly created by Sina.com this semester, he insisted on publishing an original blog post every day, letting the blog be a teaching and research. service. The case written in February 2019 won the first prize of the Chinese Excellent Teaching Case in Kuiwen District; in July 2019, the thesis won the third prize of the Research Paper of the Chinese Education Society. In December 2019, the textbook "Design of China's Small Innovation Education Activities" was published by Jinan Publishing House.

Fourth, the subject leads, take the road of scientific research and education

I and some of the teachers in the district, and the teachers of the society, actively participate in the research on the sub-topics of the "Eleventh Five-Year" project " Teaching Methods of Morality Courses". Based on classroom practice, I am based on solving practical problems in classroom teaching . The problem is based on the guiding ideology of the problem, the subject, and carefully formulating research projects and implementation measures. We are always exploring new ideas for the teaching of products and products. At present, we have explored some teaching methods that are appropriate to the students. Such as: carrying out thematic practical activities, "planting spring, looking for spring" inquiry activities, "knowing the people working in the school" interview activities, "selling newspapers and small experts" experience activities, classroom test entertainment, etc., have achieved good Educational effect. At the mid-term seminar of Shandong Province, I represented the Kuiwen District with a report entitled “Returning to Life and Enhancing Virtue” and conducting conference exchanges. In the current semester, I tried to introduce the variety programs such as CCTV's Happy Dictionary into the classroom to enhance the children's interest, improve classroom efficiency, and received good teaching results.

V. Reflection on work and direction of future efforts

1. Although I actively participated in various activities organized by the teaching and research section, although I also played my own initiative in the activities, I feel that I did not fully fulfill the duties of a leader. In the future, we must take the initiative to assist the district's teaching and research staff to do a good job in teaching, research and reform.

2, lack of necessary theoretical basis and theoretical combing in research, it is difficult to form their own research results. Education is a career of thinking, so learn to think about education, sum up in time, and be good at writing. In the next step, I will pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, pay attention to summarizing my research results, and gradually form my own ideas and styles.
