Reflections on the Teaching of the Second Semester of the National Primary School

One semester walked through the busy schedule, leaving an unforgettable moment, leaving a memory that was difficult to wipe. This is an extraordinary semester for me, a semester with a heavy burden. Due to the shortage of teachers, the school arranged my language teaching in two classes in the second grade. Although the task was a bit heavy, it also caused me a lot of pressure at first, but I analyzed the reality and estimated my ability to withstand. I still accepted the reality more frankly. In my heart, there has always been a positive and responsible attitude.

First, find problems and solve them in time

This year, I speak the language of the two classes. This kind of unspeakable pressure makes me think about various more reasonable ways of working and how to deal with it.

I used to come to school very early. When I saw a student entering the class, I got into the world of children early, reading a book, taking care of cleaning, and handing in my homework in time. However, I have to treat the two classes in the same way. I don't have much time to guard a class and organize a class to read early.

Under the pressure of pressing time, I finally saw the biggest shortcomings of the children: the dependence is too strong, the consciousness is too bad, and the self-care ability is too weak! When I think about it, this is my improper treatment, which hinders me. When the children developed, I began to think of ways to change all of this, let the children really live and consciously live.

So, I started to let go of a lot of things and give the children more exercise time. In the morning, the head of the discipline and the students will organize the early reading and give more rights to the class committee. In the first few days, the class committee could not manage the students who used to rely on them. Even one day, several children watched the teacher absent. They simply went to the playground to play, and the small cadres called it, they couldn’t call back. Where they can see, they are shown to return to work. I seized the time of criticizing education in time, and gave a severe teaching to the students who made mistakes, so that no students would play in the playground during the morning reading time.

But when I found out that the quality of early reading is still "inferior", I found an appropriate time to educate the whole class, let them realize their shortcomings, learn to manage themselves, and realize the morning consciousness. Hand in the homework, consciously take the book to read, and consciously practice the word at noon. When the children first consciously read early, I praised them in time, and each person rewarded a red flower. In order to let them better learn to allocate their own time and deal with their own affairs, I spent a lot of time training them.

At the beginning, I controlled myself not to go to work too early and give my children more time to take care of themselves. For a long time, I also don’t worry about nature. Even if it happens repeatedly, if I go to work, or just walk out the window, I can remind some children to take out the books.

Second, find ways to enhance the fun of language learning

Let the children of the new class get into my classroom as soon as possible

Because I have a new class for many generations, I am very worried that my child will lose the enthusiasm for learning because I am not used to it. Therefore, I am fully prepared for the daily course teaching and find ways to make this group of children adapt to my teaching style as soon as possible. Finally, after more than a month, the children learned to join me in the classroom, and they began a positive and enthusiastic speech and began to think differently.

Let the "drift bottle" pass our happiness

In order to increase the fun of language learning, I took out a part of the income from the sale of waste products and bought two large and beautiful "drift bottle" series notebooks, as a happy diary for the two classes of the second grade. On Teacher's Day, I spent the whole night writing two identical teacher diaries, each with an illustration to fully prepare for the “drift bottle” sailing. The drifting bottles floated in our class rivers, and the children were happy to do this drifting bottle, conveying their wishes and hopes. One child said: "The drifting bottle diary, like the Olympic flame, conveys knowledge and love in our hearts." Some children said, "I am very happy to see your bright smile!" Said: "Thank you teacher for giving us this opportunity to express my heart, I will study hard and live up to your expectations of me."... I was moved by the words of sincere words of the children.

The drifting bottle action prompted some children to like to write a diary, and they also attached their favorite pictures behind the diary. Even during the intense final review period, there are still children who keep the habit of writing a diary.

Let the reading sound touch you and me

In order to let the children get rid of the bad habits of reading and stretching, I insisted, sad, disappointed, and even desperate. Later, I told the principal that the status of reading and guidance was more and more chaotic, and it was such an occasional opportunity. I realized that my sadness and loss are superfluous. I know that this is the beginning of the children's emotional reading. After that, I have a lot of confidence, and it is time to use the open class. While training myself, I also encourage children to practice reading books carefully. Under the hard work of diligent research, my children and I were moved for the first time, and the children also realized the fun of reading. After that, the enthusiasm of the children to read is high. Every time they go to class, as long as they mention reading, both classes are equally active. Some children also regret because they have no chance. In order to encourage this positive momentum, I organized the recitation competition in the class in time to allow more children to develop their own recitation advantages and enhance their enthusiasm for reading.

Let writing become our pride

In order to carry out writing standard training for the second-grade children, we carried out the word-writing activities under the reminders and concerns of the school. Now that one semester is over, we also conducted an exhibition evaluation of the children's writings. The children did their best to write, the design of some children and me, the help of the enthusiastic teachers and the support of the principals, so that the children's works are presented in a more perfect posture. Let the children feel proud, we have reason to believe that in the future, there will be a new Chinese character writing elite to the Fanghua Road National Primary.

Third, teaching mistakes

This semester, although I have overcome some of the problems that occurred during the last semester, there are still some new problems that need to be corrected in the future:

1. Although I will not try to solve some problems as before, there are too many problems in the classroom.

2. Due to excessive trust in students, the phenomenon of opportunistic children who have unstable self-control ability has hindered the normal progress of teaching work.

3. Due to the large number of work items, no more reasonable arrangements have been found, which has led to some slow progress.

4. For the help of the underachievers, there is a lack of more effective counseling strategies, so that the teaching pressure is greater.

Fourth, the direction of future efforts

1. Continue to guide students to develop the spirit of self-learning and active inquiry, and form a good study style.

2. Actively strive for effective cooperation with parents, and school education and parent education together.

3. Strengthen your ability to teach, so that students can really learn to learn and not forget.

4. Learn from other people's successful experiences, carefully understand the ways of effective teaching , and improve the fun of teaching .
