Summary of the first semester teaching work in the 11-12 school year
In the first semester of the 2011-2012 school year, I took the "Organizational Behavior" of the six classes of accounting 0601-0606, 12 lessons per week. I have summarized my work for this semester from several links.
First, prepare lessons
I have taught this course a lot in "Organizational Behavior". Every preparation before the class is different. The main tasks for preparing for this semester are:
1. Make the courseware vivid and exciting, attract the attention of the students, make them feel interesting, and concentrate. Therefore, I extensively searched the relevant maps and tables on the Internet, and replaced the words that could be replaced by maps and tables as much as possible.
2. Use cases to match theory. The teaching experience of coming to our school shows that students only talk about theoretical knowledge, and students often don't like to listen. They generally believe that even the best theory needs to be proved by practice, because unless they have to deal with the exam, they Indifferent to pure theory. Therefore, I have an opening case before each class to attract students' strong curiosity about the content of the chapter. After telling the theory, the relevant cases will be accompanied by the whole class to discuss and present the analysis of the case. Practice has proved that the effect is good.
Second, lectures
1. Use a large number of examples to demonstrate the theory and explain it in simple terms. Especially when I talk about the knowledge of psychology, because I have systematically studied psychology, I can use a lot of living cases. These cases are close to life and have a certain enlightening effect on students, so that they can thoroughly understand the past confusion. The incomprehensible phenomenon is covered by the following. The students' evaluation of me is: harmony, affinity, humor and humor, theory can be combined with reality, examples are instructive.
2. The form of group discussion to complete the classroom case. I fixed each class in a fixed group. Each case discussion after the theory was conducted in groups, and then the wisdom of the whole group was concentrated. One person was selected as the representative to speak on the stage. This form is in line with the teaching purpose of the course of organizational behavior, so that everyone can experience each other's cooperation in the group. At the same time, because it involves the honor of the team, everyone has turned individual behavior into group behavior, and the enthusiasm has greatly increased. In addition, I ask that each group of students who speak each time is different, so many students who have never spoken in front of the class have had the opportunity to try. After they spoke, I encouraged them to give these students confidence.
3, interspersed with a variety of games to inspire students, this semester of the game has a "career auction", let students experience what their values are; "passing idioms", let students experience the difficulty of group communication; "team training game", let students Experience how to build a quality team in the game. These games have left a deep impression on the students.
Third, after-school counseling
1. Cooperate with the textbook and send various test questions to the students in the mailbox to make them know more about themselves. In this issue, I sent the Emotional Intelligence Test, the Temperament Test, the Hollander Occupational Tendency Test Scale, and the Napoleon Hill Success Book.
2. Arrange four formal assignments, or discuss a topic in groups, or discuss various large-scale cases in groups, or write your own understanding and inspiration for this lesson. Although there are six classes, I have completely changed them in batches.
3. Q & A. For the theory taught in the class, there are students who come to ask questions further, mostly combined with their own confusion. There are countless such cases, and I have patiently answered. There are still students who can't solve the problem at the moment. I will make an appointment and come to the school for individual counseling. I hope to do my best to help students with their knowledge and ability.
Fourth, the exam
Because it is a test class, I use the method of writing small papers in the classroom test. I give five questions in the class, let the students choose one question and play freely. I think this way can see the true level of the students. Although textbooks can be used as a reference, they are not allowed to copy textbooks and cannot discuss each other. The classmates in each class are very serious and have no fraud.
V. Counseling student papers
In this semester, I took the graduation thesis guidance of eight students, and each step was carefully guided according to the requirements of the school. In addition, he is also concerned about the employment situation of students, and can do his best to help students find jobs.
6. Research
This semester published an article "Analyzing the EQ of Managers". Prepare to express your views in the form of articles in the course of the course, in order to enrich the content of this field.
Areas for improvement:
1. It is necessary to further combine theory with practice. In the next semester, we will begin to strengthen the leadership development of students while teaching. Of course, the focus is on those students who have leadership desires. This is also in line with the school's practical education policy.
2, the theoretical knowledge needs to be further deepened, the content of the lecture can be concentrated in several topics, such as: emotional management, work stress management, corporate culture construction and so on. Every part of the link is as thorough as possible, and the focus is on making the students operable.
