In one semester, the transition from student to teacher was completed. This is the first half of the year when I officially stepped onto the podium. Time flies away and 2011 is gone.

First, work. As a deputy class teacher of a class, assist the class to manage this class. In fact, most of the children in this class are still embarrassed, more obedient, and more self-conscious, so it is easier to manage. And a few children are also a little more familiar, with some pride. When I first came here, I also like a child. Sometimes I care about my children. The child is unintentional. "I still prefer our former math teacher because she is more experienced." I am sad for a long time. Let the children see that I am immature, should they say that they are smart or that I am tender? Many things have no experience, even the previous few teacher meetings are unclear, do not understand what to do, how to accomplish these things, and gradually, slowly, the meeting is no longer a half-baked.

Second, teaching . In the beginning, I didn't know much about students. Everyone wants to be serious and prepare for it, but the actual teaching is no more than an internship. At that time, only one lesson was revised in three days. Now I have been in three classes for three days and there are many students’ feedback. My reflection has come out. It seems to be a rush of rush to get things done.

There are 101 students in two classes, the workload is twice that of the internship. At that time, two classes were taught, but they were small classes, and together they were the number of students in a class. Maybe the method is wrong, because the class teacher of the class often said that the former math teacher didn't stare at them as hard as you did, and I don't know. Does the job need to be revised? Or I put them too high, thinking that if you mention one point, he should finish all of them, and then hand it over and find that they are all unqualified. In the same way, this way, both tired of themselves, students will not be grateful, especially the complaints of some parents. I think he told you that it is right. I am not right. I should not deprive students of the rest time. It is because I have no efficient work. Of course, it is related to the child’s own learning ability and the supervision role of the parents. I think I should explore a more time-saving and efficient way out. Has been improving. Some students in class 2 have poor self-control ability. They talk in class and talk, they want to talk and talk, they walk up and walk in class, they are criticized by the teacher, they don’t come to class, they are lost, etc., let me understand the teacher. Difficult, it is very hard to be a child king.

Although it is only a deputy head teacher, but the two class teachers are around me, naturally I also learn some ideological education for children. I used to think that this is a slogan, so it is not my style to tell the children, but I still do it, and I am getting better and better, I hope I have less temper and more patience.

For the postgraduate counseling work, because my homework is a student to correct, it seems that the workload is very large, it is impossible to sit there to prepare lessons during the school time, but the effect is not significant. Like some children who don’t pay much attention to their own learning, they have the ability to test well, and they clearly understand their ability. But because they are not willing to do it, the results are still not improved, and I don’t talk to them more. Pull the foundation up several times.

I actively participated in the teaching and research activities of the school. There were two open classes in this semester, but I still feel that I have a lot of shortcomings. In addition, I also went to the lecture class of the instructor’s key teacher training class. I have gained a lot of money. It is the weak link in my lesson. The teaching of the practice class is very inspiring to me. I have participated in the lectures on the open classes of the contiguous campus, as well as the seminars on the municipal public classes in the Taoshan School District. I learned a lot.

Third, life. Just entering the society, many people are not mature in terms of doing things. In addition, sometimes the personality is more introverted, the school district is separated from the new campus, the information is not well-informed, and the relationship with other teachers is relatively weak. It is not easy to put a few in the school. The teacher and the name are on the top. I heard another teacher who just stepped on the road of work said that it was so cold in winter that I had to get up so early. It was really uncomfortable and I wanted to go back. I used to live in college, and the lazy state felt difficult to adjust. However, it is already psychologically prepared for this. Before another internship, I got up at 5 o'clock and took an hour to get to the city. I returned at 5 or 6 in the evening. I stayed at the school for two days this semester and felt that I didn't save a lot of time because I lived in school, so I went home. It is also convenient at home. It takes half an hour to get to and from work, and walk for ten minutes. Usually go to sleep when you are tired, and accidentally sit over your head.

In addition, these two poor children suffered a rare "chickenpox" outbreak. There are often a group of students who do not come to class, have been afraid to enter the classroom, afraid to touch students.

During this semester, I also gradually realized the importance of the phrase "I want to give students a glass of water, first the teacher has a bucket of water." Finally, I hope that in the future teaching work, I will strictly demand myself and be a teacher who will really teach.
