In this semester, I worked as a physical education teacher for six classes in the first grade, with a total of 18 classes. I have a little experience in the first-grade teaching . In order to make the first-grade primary school students stabilize as soon as possible, do their own meager strength.

They are lively, active and self-controlling, and they don’t care what the teacher says. It’s hard to concentrate. Through learning from the old teachers, I also consulted with Professor Zheng Aijun on teaching methods many times, taking the longest to make up for others, and the classroom order has made significant progress. On this basis, this semester is more stringent and will be lined up in class. The movements are made into a mouthpiece for students to remember, and the students correct their wrong actions while doing the process.

Preparing a class is always the premise of a good class. In order to diversify the content of the class, I often communicate with the students under the class. Pay attention to the games, activities, etc. that the students like, and integrate them into the classroom. Flower baskets and hopscotch are all popular activities. I put these contents in different parts of the class during the preparation of the class, which greatly stimulated the students' enthusiasm for learning. In addition, some emergencies that are prone to appear in the class are used as the focus of lesson preparation, creating a happy and safe classroom atmosphere for students. In order to make the sports activities sustainable, students will also be allowed to do their homework, so that they can work together with the parents to more effectively stimulate the students' enthusiasm.

2, research

"Project research" is a catalyst for our progress, and it is the only way for us to succeed. To do a good job in research, we must read more books. Under the infection of Professor Peng, I have stimulated my enthusiasm for reading. In my free time, I will pick up books on physical education and enrich myself in theory and practice, so that I can accumulate enough energy to complete the teaching tasks. Carefully write study notes and teaching essays, and establish your own blog, publish your reflections on the blog, and learn and progress together with netizens.

I didn't really love reading before. It was because I didn't find the surprise that reading brought us. I also read a few books this semester. Although the theory is not particularly strong, they are all vivid examples. Education for me. Teaching is very helpful, including "Effective Student Evaluation" and "99 Classic Stories of Success and Mind". They use the most authentic stories to teach us the truth of doing things and the way to educate students. We can write down our feelings at any time and retain the most moving moment.

The research site will be a platform to showcase the teaching philosophy and achievements of our school. In this major event, I undertake the task of organizing classroom teaching materials and assist other teachers to complete various tasks.

3. Promote the third set of primary and secondary school radio exercises

Since the beginning of September 10, the third set of primary and secondary school broadcast gymnastics has been implemented nationwide. In October, I participated in the broadcast training organized by the Tangshan Municipal Education Bureau on behalf of Fengnan District, and implemented new exercises in the teachers and students of the whole school in November. Every day, I used the inter-class exercises and physical education classes to teach new exercises, and successfully demonstrated them at the on-site research meeting, winning the praise of the leading teachers.

4, other aspects

Comply with the school's rules and regulations, earnestly do routine work, and successfully complete the student's physical fitness monitoring and reporting.

5, there is a deficiency

"There is no gold in the red, no one is perfect". In the teaching work, it is inevitable that there are defects. For example, the language of the classroom is not vivid enough, giving the child some smiles and caring words, and bringing the distance between teachers and students closer.
