The new curriculum reform has been underway for three years. The new curriculum reform requires teachers to be people-oriented. It highlights students' ability to innovate and practice, collect the ability to process information, acquire new knowledge, analyze problem-solving skills, and exchange and collaborate to develop students' sense of responsibility to nature and society. This requires teachers to be freed from the role of knowledge transfer only in the past, while promoting the students' ability to promote the healthy development of students' personality, having a healthy body and mind, excellent quality and the desire and ability to learn for life. Thereby achieving the development of all students, as well as the overall development of individual students. In practice, we use the classroom as the main channel to change the traditional mode in which teachers have taught in order to complete the teaching task, and become more concerned about how much the students have learned and the interest and desire to learn. The information technology discipline is mainly to let students learn the use of computers and cultivate students' sense of innovation and creativity. Let me talk about my reflections in combination with teaching practice.

Students are particularly interested in games, and computers are characterized by the ability to play games. According to this feature, the new computer lessons can be included in the game, stimulate students' interest in learning, learn new knowledge and master new skills in the students' strong interest. For example, learning theoretical knowledge is very boring. If teachers begin to explain theoretical knowledge directly, students are not only boring, but also reluctant to learn, and can not force their memory. I use the method of game introduction in teaching . When I finish the answer, there will be a flash game. The higher the score, the more fun the game is. The students will answer the questions in order to play a more fun game. After a period of practice, the students naturally mastered the theoretical knowledge. In this way, both the enthusiasm of the students to learn the computer is maintained, and the students can consciously learn computer knowledge.

In the teaching of information technology courses, according to their characteristics, we should give some targeted explanations on some computer terms and theoretical concepts, focus on the key points, grasp the key and specific image, and then let the students verify the students through a large number of operations. Knowledge, mastery of the basic skills of the computer, in the process of student operation, teachers should strengthen counseling, find problems in the process of passing the screen monitor or patrol, use this method, become abstract and intuitive, let students stay Deep impression, deepen memory.

Starting from the last semester, combined with the problem of low student source and weak foundation, a series of teaching reform experiments were carried out in the first grade. Introducing the successful experience of “Yasi” and “黛溪” middle schools, using new educational methods and teaching methods to promote the change of students' learning styles. After a period of training, the students’ interest in learning has been stimulated, and the relationship between teachers and students is very harmonious. Compared with the previous first grade, the spirit is good and the learning atmosphere is strong.

We also organize teachers to conduct "same class heterogeneity", carry out teaching evaluation activities, organize teachers to design intent according to teaching objectives, and conduct diagnostic research on each teaching session. Teachers are in line with their own teaching experience according to the new curriculum concept. Controversy with each other, collide with each other, and improve together.

Computer knowledge is very open, and students like information technology classes. Our teachers should fully grasp the students' interest and play their main role, let them explore independently, learn cooperatively, and truly understand and master basic computer knowledge. This is also one of the means to train students to innovate. Students in the first grade have already had a certain reading ability. I can explore some tools and software usage methods. Generally, I take the method of “propose a problem – explore a problem – solve a problem”. When a student uses some tools, the teacher deliberately leaves some intentions in the operation process. The tools used are not explained, and the students need to use them in the specific operation process, so that the students can read the teaching materials with their own problems, and then the teacher guides them again, and finally solves the practical operation problems. Through long training, the students gradually Will form their own ability to solve problems.

We ask that reflection should run through the whole process of teaching . There are both “pre-action reflection” in the teaching design process, “reflection in action” in the teaching process, and “post-action reflection” after teaching . The main content of reflection is: whether the teaching design pays attention to the academic situation, whether it is effective; whether the teaching behavior conforms to the new teaching concept; whether the teaching method drives the generation of learning methods; whether the teaching effect makes the students learn more. We put forward the "five ones" approach, that is, read a teaching concept book, the first part of the demonstration class, set a research topic, write a thesis, reflect or report, do a courseware, and guide the teacher from a single task. To carry out scientific research work, form a research habit of "work - reflection - improvement".

We believe that in the new curriculum reform, through the school-based teaching and research with distinctive characteristics, the continuous efforts of the school leaders, the further updating of the teachers' concepts, and the improvement of the management system, as long as we are in the ordinary teaching process, always pay attention to it, always pay attention to it.
