Summary of the sixth-grade Chinese teaching experience


I took over the six-year language and taught for one semester. Under the care of the school leaders, I successfully completed the first semester. Through study and practice, I have mastered some teaching methods to make my teaching work more effective:

First, use the discussion--teaching method to give play to students' subjectivity.

The art of teaching is not about the ability to teach, but to encourage, awaken, and inspire, and let students learn to use their hands and brain to learn. How to motivate, awaken, and inspire students to take the initiative and creativity of students? In the past, the discussion also used discussion, debate, etc., but during the preparation for the exam, the teaching in the classroom was mainly based on lectures, and this method was not used. In addition, during the review period, the amount of learning of the students increased, and the spirit was at a height every day. In the midst of tension, the classroom atmosphere is rather dull. However, after listening to the lessons of the teachers of the same group and the guidance of the old teacher, I was greatly inspired. So, I used the discussion again, let the students explore the ideas, methods and final answers of the problem solving, and then let each group send a representative as a small teacher to explain, and finally, I will supplement him. This way can motivate students' inner learning motivation, enable students to participate in classroom activities in a special psychological state and emotional experience, and unwittingly exert their potential and feel the joy of success. At the same time, I found that the discussion--explanation has the following advantages for playing the subjective role of students:

1. In its novel form and warm atmosphere, it can stimulate and keep the students' attention for a long time, and mobilizes the thinking and actively participates in the activity.

During the event, I noticed that the strong performance desire made the students overcome the passive, dependent, and shy psychology. Everyone wanted to show their skills and then participated in the activity unconsciously. Throughout the discussion--the process of explanation, students actively and nervously think and learn. Such a class is always, students either ask or answer, or think or remember, invisibly mobilized all their thinking, actively participated in the activities, learning better.

2. While actively acquiring knowledge and training ability, it also cultivates students' collective consciousness and makes them realize the importance of unity and cooperation.

In the classroom, the phenomenon of active interaction between students is very frequent, because they all realize that they must be closely united and help each other to be more fluent when explaining for everyone, without mistakes or jokes. And I have to take the opportunity to cultivate students' solidarity and collaboration skills. For example, when the explanation is over, some groups don’t answer well, some blame themselves, some are sad, then I will give them some encouragement and strengthen them. Confidence, let them realize the importance of unity, and sure enough, in the review of the next lesson, the group actively thought, closely united, worked together, and finally had outstanding performance.

Therefore, I feel that the discussion-- explaining this form of teaching can better enable students to overcome the psychological barriers of learning, activate thinking, and actively learn, and can provide more, more frequent, and more in-depth participation in language activities for each student. Opportunity really makes every student the master of the classroom.

Second, create a language classroom teaching atmosphere consistent with the cultivation of students' independent creative spirit.

Since ancient times, China has been paying attention to "dignity of teachers and ethics", "one day as a teacher, and life as a father." The teacher said one thing, the students are obedient to the teacher, and they dare not go to the pool. This kind of teaching system severely restricts the development of students' subjective consciousness and innovative consciousness, so language teaching must be democratized. In teaching , I did not regard students as a container for knowledge, but from the basic concept of equality of personality, allowing different voices to appear in the church. How to create a democratic atmosphere in Chinese classroom teaching ? I mainly reflect the following aspects:

1. Create an equal democratic atmosphere, eliminate the mystery and authority of teachers, and establish teachers and students' activities in a friendly, friendly and harmonious atmosphere.

Students can boldly ask different opinions and doubts to me. I don't have to persuade them to have new ideas, so students will dare to ask questions, self-confidence will be enhanced, and the ability to analyze and solve problems independently will also be It will increase accordingly.

2. Advocate bilateral activities that participate in classroom teaching on an equal footing.

The teaching process in the church is from the clear to the hidden, especially in the inquiry stage after the new knowledge is felt. It is more important for the students to be benevolent and the wise to learn actively and to make the subjective consciousness of the students fully reflected.

3. The teaching method design is as flexible as possible.

Teachers use fresh stimuli to stimulate students' interest, create a pleasant atmosphere, and find ways to let students learn the fun through various activities and arouse the desire to seek knowledge.

In addition, I pay more attention to the role of emotions, put myself in the equal position of students, respect them everywhere, learn from them humbly, form close friends and friendly relationship with them, so that students will fully cooperate with themselves, Support yourself and make your teaching better.
