The family is the cradle of the children's growth, the parents' manners, the enlightenment and nourishment of the child's childhood, the guidance and supervision of the children's youth, affecting and nurturing the child's life. In order to promote the advanced concept of parenting education and improve the level of parenting education, our district actively implements the parent-child growth project. In brief, it is reflected in the following four aspects:

One or three segments to create a class of people

We believe that parental classrooms are a cost-effective way to help parents establish the right concept of parenting education, master the scientific method of parenting education, and improve the ability of parents to educate their children. To this end, our district has established a standardized parent curriculum as the first step in implementing the parent curriculum. The basic teaching process is stipulated: each time the class is started, the whole district teaching and research is organized, and the content of each class is determined; the parents are informed in advance, the course preparation is completed, and the problems to be solved are submitted; the school teaches and researches, discusses the content of the lectures; Public teaching plans; personal research, preparation of individual teaching plans; start classes; parents hand in homework after class; review and publication; excellent parents selection. Really raise the parent school to the height of the curriculum, form a “course” system with curriculum setting, teaching management, teacher training, and a series of teaching materials. We select the cases that most resonate with parents and best enlighten parents' wisdom. The most mobilizing the way parents participate in each lesson has greatly improved the efficiency of the classroom, mobilized the enthusiasm of the parents, and ensured that the atmosphere of “10,000 parents entering the campus and re-learning as parents” was formed rapidly and the work was benign.

Second, encourage innovation and enhance research awareness

Only work does not think, work does not have innovation. Our district actively creates conditions, encourages schools to establish topics or projects, organizes teachers to write teaching cases and positive experiences, and actively conducts action research. The research project of the small country of the central government has been completed. I hope that the research project of the kindergarten will win the Excellent Project of Quality Education in Weifang City in 2019. The research papers, cases and teaching plans written by the teachers have won many awards at the municipal level.

Third, focus on accumulation, strengthen curriculum construction

Strengthen the accumulation of process materials, develop parent school curriculum, and continuously enrich curriculum resources. Many schools have integrated the teacher's excellent teaching plans and typical cases of the family into books, and realized the accumulation and sharing of excellent resources. Among them, it is hoped that kindergartens will use a form of weekly dialogue to prepare a set of books jointly used by parents and young children, based on the age characteristics of young children, and divide them into three volumes of small, medium and large. Fourth, take multiple measures to promote the work process
