The following work was carried out this semester:

1. Established a writing studio.

In order to cooperate with the construction of excellent courses and cultivate students' writing interest and writing ability, the “Golden Pen Flower Writing Studio” was established this semester. Since its inception, the room has been receiving writing business from the hospital and even other schools and society. Under the guidance of the teachers and the efforts of the students, the work of the studio was in full swing, which greatly improved the writing ability and creative level of the students. In order to summarize the results and test results, the studio hosted a writing contest for all students, and a large number of writing experts appeared.

2. Do a good job in Mandarin training.

In order to allow students to successfully pass the national language level assessment, the teachers group with Sun Ruofei and You Qingchun will use the rest time to train more than 100 students. After patient and meticulous coaching, many students have achieved satisfactory results in the Mandarin level test.

3. Organized the first secretarial training for two months.

Due to the different age levels, my students applied for the exams for the third and fourth grade secretaries. The teacher did not stay up late to work overtime to give students a training class and to correct student work. Some teachers are physically discomforted because of overwork, but they still insist on taking sickness for the students to take classes, and the scorpion is ignorant. The students were deeply touched, and in this atmosphere they also worked hard to learn and strive to live up to expectations. After training, the pass rate of the secretary card assessment reached 99% of the gratifying results.

4. Please come to Professor Song Xiangyu from Central South University to visit our school.

On April 19th, I saw that the secretarial examination was coming. The teachers in charge of the training had to go to Changsha several times in order to make the students learn more systematic and professional. They finally invited Professor Song to come to our department for a secretarial teaching lecture. There are more than 90 students who went to the lectures. Professor Song’s class was short and succinct, but it also highlighted the direction for further review of the students.

5. Prepared the application materials for the “Applied Writing” of the national-level quality courses, completed the preparation of more than one million words of text materials and worked in Shanggang. The implementation plan of the secretarial professional curriculum reform system was formulated.

6. Cooperate with the department to do the work of the festival sponsored by the department.

The theme of this festival is “Blessing China, Praying for the Olympics”, which is mainly handled by the flower teacher. On the evening of May 27th, the "School of Youth, Pray for the Motherland" organized by the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Youth League Committee was held in the College Cultural Square. The activity was kicked off by the impassioned and touching soundtrack poetry, "Life and Death", and the chorus "Prayer" sang everyone's wishes for the Wenchuan compatriots and blessed the motherland's voice; the song dance "we are ready" is magnificent. Full of strength, moved to all the audience present. "Youth, blessing, hope" is reflected in the activities.

Experience

1. Work together and do everything well. As the saying goes: "People are in harmony, Taishan moves." It is precisely because of the unity of the teachers that the joint efforts and efforts have successfully completed the above tasks. This spirit is worth continuing to carry forward.

2, pay more, but the harvest is not ideal. For example, in the quality course, everyone struggled for a month but due to objective reasons, the network had problems during the review. The experts could not see the effect video, which led to the rejection of the previous efforts and the veto of one vote, which made us feel that the labor paid did not receive a resounding return. It is a great pity. Therefore, we must consider various objective factors in advance before we can publish images. Be sure to be foolproof. This will not make the research results go to waste.

Problem

Although the teaching and research section has done a lot of work in this semester, it has achieved certain results, but there are also some omissions. The main performance is as follows: Individual teachers emphasize too much work, and they like to be afraid of weight when assigning tasks, resulting in adverse effects. I hope that in the future, teachers will be able to strengthen the study of teacher's moral cultivation, and from the perspective of work and students, they will do a better job.
