With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, many farmers have gone out to work and do business. Many successful people have purchased real estate in economically developed areas to settle down, which has caused a large number of students to go out, but some farmers still live low-income working and cannot afford to pay. The high cost of borrowing from different places has left the children in their hometowns to be taken care of by their elders or other relatives. There are currently 185 students in our school. There are 12 "left-behind children" like this. They can't enjoy the warmth of their parents. It can only be swayed by the care of the peers or relatives, but the left-behind people in the poverty-stricken areas are mostly old, weak, sick, disabled, illiterate and semi-literate. How bad this is for the healthy growth of left-behind children.

Second, children are the future of the motherland, students are the hope of the motherland, and the problem of "left-behind children" has aroused the attention and great attention of the society and relevant leaders. Facing the status quo, through the investigation, analysis and research on the left-behind children, our school has found the reasons that affect the healthy growth of left-behind children, and put forward effective measures and methods in a targeted manner, pay close attention to implementation, and comprehensively promote the “Caring Project”. 1. Establish and improve the leadership responsibility system.
