The main problems of mental health education in middle school students
Learning problem
The psychological problems arising from learning are the main part of the psychological problems of middle school students. The problems are:
1. The psychological pressure of students' learning is getting bigger and bigger, causing mental sluggishness, which leads to loss of appetite, insomnia, neurasthenia, decreased memory effect, and slow thinking.
2. Tired of learning is a prominent problem in current learning activities. Not only are students with poor academic performance unwilling to learn, but some students with better grades also appear to be tired of learning.
3. Test anxiety, especially when it comes to more important exams.
Interpersonal relationship problem
Interpersonal relationship issues are also a problem that middle school students reflect more. The problems are as follows.
1. The relationship with the teacher. The main problems are the teachers' incomprehension, distrust, the confrontational psychology generated by the students, and the cognitive bias of the teachers, etc.
2. Relationship problems between classmates. In addition to the teacher's understanding and support, the middle school students also hope to have a sense of belonging in the class and classmates, and seek the understanding and trust of classmates and friends.
3. Relationship with parents. A democratic and well-being family gives middle school students a warm vesting port. Parents in an authoritarian family cannot communicate normally with their children, resulting in a child's solitude and arbitrariness. All kinds of scars in the family will cause different levels of psychological damage to the middle school students.
Adolescent psychological problems
1. Adolescent atresia. Its main manifestation is that it tends to close the external manifestation of the blockade and the increasingly rich and complex inner activities coexist in the same individual. It can be said that closed psychology is a universal and special symbol of adolescent psychology.
2. Emotional emotions are stirring, revealing and implicit. The physiological drastic changes in puberty will inevitably cause emotional agitation of middle school students. This turbulent emotion sometimes reveals sometimes implicit.
3. Early love. Middle school students are generally not yet mature. We call middle school students such a love when they are not adults. In the middle school era, especially high school students, it is the period of puberty development, and one of the most prominent contradictions in this period is the contradiction between the rapid maturity of sexual development and the relatively naive sexual psychology.
Frustration adaptation problem
The frustrations of middle school students are multifaceted, with aspects of learning, interpersonal relationships, interests and aspirations, and self-respect. The reasons are objective factors, social environmental factors and personal subjective factors.
Mental health refers to the normality of various types of psychological activities, the coordination of the relationship, the consistency of content and reality, and the relatively stable state of personality. To put it bluntly, the signs of mental health are: physical, intellectual, emotional coordination, good interpersonal relationship, ability to adapt to the environment, have a sense of well-being, and be able to give full play to their abilities in learning and work, and live an efficient life.
There are ten criteria for mental health level: mental activity intensity, psychological activity tolerance, cycle rhythm, consciousness level, suggestiveness, rehabilitation ability, psychological self-control, self-confidence, social interaction, and environmental adaptability.
