Summer national small language teaching work summary


This summer, I have been working as a Chinese language teacher for the fifth grade of the National Primary School. I will review the teaching work of this summer vacation and summarize it from the following aspects.

First, in the classroom teaching , efforts to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching .

Classroom is the main place for students to acquire knowledge and develop their abilities. This summer, I have to work hard in this area. In order to improve each lesson, I carefully studied the teaching materials before class, thoroughly read the teaching materials, and combined the actual characteristics of each class, using lively teaching forms to stimulate students' interest in learning. In the classroom, we will work hard to implement some new educational concepts and encourage students to speak. Taking students as the main body, try to guide students to actively explore, acquire knowledge independently, and improve students' abilities. In addition, the emphasis is on encouraging underachievers and providing more opportunities for them to make progress and generate a strong interest in learning. Nowadays, students in this class like to take Chinese classes, and their interest in learning is relatively strong.

Second, through various ways to cultivate students' various abilities and habits, and promote the all-round development of students.

Use a variety of ways to develop good study habits. Elementary school is the key to students' good habits. In view of the characteristics of primary school students' strong self-motivation, I use the competition mechanism to promote students' self-conscious obedience and develop good study habits. In addition, develop students' organizational skills and develop students' ability to read aloud. After a period of hard work, the students in this class were enthusiastic and the self-organizing leadership skills were exercised.

Through a variety of methods, students develop good habits of reading extracurricular books and improve their writing skills. Elementary school is the official beginning of student writing. First of all, in order to stimulate students' interest in writing, I started with the topic of composition, writing fairy tales and imaginations, which is suitable for the thinking characteristics of students of all grades.

Strengthen writing guidance and improve students' writing skills. Primary school students' writing teaching is often ignored by teachers. This summer, I attach importance to the cultivation of students' writing habits, pay attention to reminders in the classroom, use cultural meals to teach students to write, and strictly require students to write carefully.

Third, strengthen the work of training and assisting the poor, and promote the development of all students.

There are differences among the students in each class. In order to encourage each student to develop on the basis of the original, I pay attention to cultivating the characteristics of eugenics, creating opportunities in the classroom, giving encouragement to poor students, establishing confidence in the students, and cultivating students' learning. Interests make every student improve.

In short, since this summer vacation, I have tried my best to do my own teaching work, constantly demanding myself, trying to learn the strengths of others, constantly updating my teaching philosophy, and applying it to my own teaching practice so that every class can be A good teaching effect is achieved, so that every student can truly improve their language literacy.

Due to its limited ability and lack of teaching experience, there are still many problems in the teaching of this semester, mainly:

1. The bad study habits of individual students still need to be further corrected. The students in this class are lively and active, and some of them have problems in habits--the writing habits are very poor, the writing posture is not correct, the homework cannot be done consciously, and some students are scribbled. Other student assignments cannot be handed in on time. Or there is no strong will to encounter difficulties, and will not actively overcome the solution.

2. The level of writing is too different. Although each student's writing interest is relatively strong, the difference between eugenics and poor students is relatively large. The development of students' writing level is not balanced enough.

3. It is not enough to try to build an open and democratic teaching model in the classroom.
