Due to the third and fourth grades, the fifth and sixth grades are combined. The number of students is large, and the students' foundations are uneven. For students with different academic performances, they use different methods to teach.

Second, in the classroom teaching

First, in the classroom, carefully teach, use physical teaching aids, stick figures, situational teaching , gesture language and other methods to inspire and educate students. Teaching students to play games, sing English songs, etc. to stimulate students' interest in learning. Playing games is the most frustrating. After the class, it takes a lot of time to prepare props, set the game links, and be entertaining. Encourage students to boldly question and focus on the teaching method of taking students as the main body and teachers as the guide, fully mobilizing the students' enthusiasm for learning. Students have problems and do not understand, I always take the trouble to explain, analyze, take reading, and strive to let them learn and understand.

Second, in the area of ​​correcting operations. The students' homework is always corrected on time and in a timely manner, and the comments are detailed in detail, and the general errors are repeated and explained in the whole class. For the individual students' homework, they also adopt the method of batch approval, analyze and explain the problems one by one, help students solve difficult problems, and greatly improve the quality of teaching .

Third, in terms of words. Teaching students to remember words and dictate ten words every day. got a good result.

In addition, I am an English teacher in the ninth grade of the middle school. Explain the English test questions in the senior high school entrance examination, and teach the students a lot of problem-solving skills, so that students can give inferences. Trained on reading, written expression and related grammar. Did not let students engage in sea tactics. More attention is paid to the method. The teaching materials have also been carefully explained. As there are only four students, there is no elementary school student active in the classroom atmosphere. Each student is also treated differently for specific issues.

At the same time, I also served as a language teacher in the third and fourth grades. Because it is not a textbook, it is a data book. The difficulty is bigger. I have collected a lot of information. For example, famous sayings, poems in Tang and Song Dynasties, etc. At the same time, taught students how to do the problem. Some of the questions in the Chinese language are more flexible, and I try to broaden their thinking. The basics are not ignored.

Of course, I also have shortcomings. Because primary school students are less self-conscious, they are prone to "cold fever". I am not supervised enough in this regard. There are also some students who are often confused and disrupt the order because of my lack of experience. There are also some shortcomings in dealing with these issues.
