This summer I was arranged in Yongan, responsible for the second, fifth and sixth grade languages and the seventh and eighth grade English teaching .
Second grade "Chen Jinxi, Ye Feida, Xiao Zikai, Xu Xinnian"
Chen Jinxi’s academic performance is very good, his attitude is positive and he can always learn and complete his tasks. Xiao Zihan and Xu Xinnian have medium grades, but their learning attitude is serious. Ye Feida’s attitude towards learning is extremely unsatisfactory, his grades are very poor, and he often does not finish his homework.
Fifth grade: "Yao Zhili, Qian Xingyu, Zhang Zixin, Wang Yijing, Zhang Yating, Li Yutong, He Chen"
Yao Zhili is the best performer. The answer to the questions in the class is very positive. Every time I carefully complete the homework and give the homework to the teacher. The remaining students scored similarly and belonged to the middle class. During this period, the learning atmosphere gradually became better.
Sixth grade: "Li Shaokang, Guo Zilong, Wang Pan, Qi Rui, Zhang Wei, Huang Mengyi, Liu Hu, Huang Nian, Li Gen, Liu Bozhao, Yin Yi, Wang Qian"
Guo Zilong and Zhang Wei scored very well. They actively cooperated with the teacher in class. Especially Zhang Wei's composition is very good. Liu Bozhao, Wang Pan often goes to school on a short break, sometimes does not finish homework on time, and lie to parents that there is no homework. The rest of the students have moderate grades and a good learning attitude.
Seventh grade: "Yao Zhuxin, Yuan Zhenyu, Li Zhuang, Li Hui, Liu Quan, Liu Yu, Xiao Yumeng"
Eighth grade: "Yao Yunbo, Chen Cheng, Cao Shuai"
Due to the very poor foundation of the three students in the eighth grade, several teachers decided to give them the seventh grade course after discussing with Wu, so the seven or eight grades were synchronized. Among them, the seventh grade academic performance showed a two-level differentiation trend: Yao Zhuxin, Yuan Zhenyu scored very well, Li Zhuangzhong, the rest is very poor, a word taught for dozens of times will not read, will not remember, let them advance one hour in advance each morning Back words, whispering in the afternoon, I have to leave them late after school every day, I can only go home after I finish my words, sometimes even dragged to 7:00 in the evening, so I spent a lot of time and spent too much energy on the seventh grade. Every afternoon is exhausted.
Yao Yunbo, the eighth grader, has already finished reading, but he has not studied hard. He has made great progress in revising the curriculum. In the seventh grade, he needs to help him fill the eighth grade. The task is very heavy. The other two students did not perform well, and they forced them to remember words every day. There must be progress and they need to be strengthened.
This period of work is more energy than ever before, and I live there, and I need to look after the students every day. These things are trivial and annoying. In addition, they did not learn English in a small country, and they did not have any foundation. This also made the teaching task more difficult.
As for the suggestion, first: I think that you should work out a unified and reasonable system before you do things, and don't modify it midway. This year's salary problem is like this. Second: There are definitely many life problems in the following teaching points, such as eating, accommodation, transportation, etc. These problems are best solved or assisted by the teacher, otherwise there will be many unpleasant factors. Finally, you should have a clear evaluation mechanism for the teacher and personally check the teacher's performance, rather than passing the inherent impression.
For myself, this semester has undergone a lot of exercise, accumulated a lot of experience, met many friends, and gained a lot.
