Today is August 5th, only 3 days away from the end of the English course. On August 7th, the autumn season, so on, the whole summer also entered the harvest season. Busy or hard, happiness and tears always happen at the same time. Fortunately, there is air conditioning, there is no sweat. Recalling the first time to come to Greenson, it is still winter. I forgot how I persuaded Zhang Xuechang and Zhang Jie, and forgot how to prove myself. It was just that the joy of getting a job made me remember. Such a big family always has warmth and always has love.
I don't know if I was dressed too cute when I first came. This is defined in the English version of the children. Is it that the psychological old feels a little loss. However, after a long time, I fell in love with this group of children. I found out that their teacher is a wonderful one. I found myself playing more and more like this role.
On the day of the 7.27 trip to Wuda, it was raining heavily. A dozen of our teachers led a large group of children to walk in the rain with umbrellas.

I remember that some people say that the purpose of English teaching at the national stage is to stimulate students' interest in learning English, to cultivate students' enthusiasm for learning English, to establish their self-confidence in learning English, and to cultivate students' sense of language and good voice and tone. Learn to lay the foundation for further study. In English classroom teaching , how to create a good learning atmosphere and stimulate students' interest is an important part of the teaching of English in small and medium- sized schools . In my opinion, English is a foreign language. It is both strange and difficult for students. In such a big environment, to teach English well, students should love English and make them interested in English. Otherwise, students will be afraid of this subject and will not learn and can't learn. To this end, I have taken some methods to talk about the culture and life stories of the British and American families, to make them understand English better, and to learn English.

First, for the whole class
While giving students knowledge, they care for and care for students, especially those with a slightly worse grade. The class pays close attention to them and educates them to avoid schooling. In the ideological education, they also patiently tutor students to review missing knowledge. Make their academic performance better with other students in the class. Help them build confidence in learning the knowledge.
Second, in the classroom teaching
First, in the classroom, carefully teach, use physical teaching aids, stick figures, situational teaching , gesture language and other methods to inspire and educate students. Teaching students to play games, sing English songs, etc. to stimulate students' interest in learning. Encourage students to boldly question and focus on student-oriented and teacher-oriented methods to fully mobilize their enthusiasm for learning. Students have problems and do not understand, I always take the trouble to explain, analyze, take reading, and strive to let them learn and understand.
Second, in the area of correcting operations. The students' homework is always corrected on time and in a timely manner, and the comments are detailed in detail, and the general errors are repeated and explained in the whole class. All students' homework is also done in a batch-by-batch manner, analyzing and explaining the problems one by one, helping students solve difficult problems, and greatly improving the quality of teaching .
Third, in terms of hearing. In order to improve the students' listening level, students are often allowed to listen to textbooks and activity manuals, audio tapes of English songs and English conversations, and also let students perform dialogues and recite words.
In short, since the beginning of the semester, I have been diligently doing all kinds of teaching work, tirelessly imparting a variety of English conversational knowledge to students, and striving to develop a happy classroom, and achieved certain results, and the students' achievements have also been greatly improved.
