In order to solve some of the problems that students have been prevalent since the beginning of the school, I started with the ideological education and started the "Instructions on Strengthening Organizational Discipline and Rectifying Academic Discipline" through the activities. Most of the students on the curriculum adapt and realize the transformation of social roles, goals and tasks, ways of thinking, learning styles and lifestyles. Most of the students have changed their previous ideology, ambiguous goals, loose discipline, and disordered life, thus correcting the attitude of learning and living, strengthening the sense of responsibility of the self, and greatly improving the school spirit. The students have been baptized in this activity, established their own professional ideas, established a high-level ambition, set their minds, and got on the right track. They all decided to spend the most important and beautiful university time in life at the Solar Energy Institute.

The activities went smoothly from the release of the program to the gradual implementation, and then to the final summary. The students are active, serious, and have a high level of enthusiasm, good quality, and great results. There are 103 people in the 12th and 13th classes of PV, and everyone has done what they want according to the requirements: the passionate “How to be a qualified college student” keynote speech competition, the students in the class are fully prepared, their respective rules, and their views are clear. Through the launch of this event, the class has significantly improved a lot and is much better. But there are still a few drawbacks. Individual students have poor self-control, lack of time concept, let go of freedom, do whatever they want, ignore the existence of goals, put the plan on the shelf, have no questions, and have some poor discipline and habits. In response to these shortcomings, in the future work, we must further strengthen our study and play a leading role in the role model to make the discipline and learning problems of the class better.

According to the current shortage of classes, in the next step of the work, it is necessary to thoroughly understand the class situation, and propose targeted classes and class work plans with encouragement. We will pay more attention to the enthusiasm and initiative of students in formulating their goals, accurately find gaps, reduce blindness and lag, improve the efficiency of all aspects of work, and enable students to gain something.
