1. Theoretical study

Each of the 40-year-old teachers in the group will subscribe for at least one professional magazine. Use your spare time to study to enrich your theoretical knowledge. In the teaching and research activities, I will talk about the experience gained through learning in the near future, as well as my own ideas. I can also introduce good books to you and give feedback on my learning results in writing once a month.

The establishment of the Luhua blog circle and its “month topic” activities also provide a platform for teachers to theoretically learn and promote.

2, combined learning inside and outside the school

Use on-campus teaching and research courses, research courses; on-campus and off-campus classes, learn from experts and senior teachers how to design the teaching process, how to grasp the focus of the class, how to control the classroom. Know the newness of others, learn the strengths of others, and promote your own strength. Every activity, the teachers are actively participating, can not be absent without reason, take notes carefully, and actively express their ideas in the exchange.

In the half semester, the teachers were organized to participate in the “Shuzhou City Teacher Training Activities”, and the mathematics teachers of the National Elementary School continued their education and training. The teachers are doing a good job of preparing lessons, and young teachers can write detailed cases. Each teacher in the subject group has strictly implemented the teaching progress, entered the class on time, arranged all aspects of the class, actively mobilized the students' interest in learning, played the main role of the students, and adopted flexible and diverse teaching methods to create a loose, A pleasant learning atmosphere.

In the regular work of the subject group, we adhere to the principle of common progress, mutual learning, and common improvement, and strengthen the training of our own profession. Seriously and actively carry out the teaching and research classes on Wednesday and the research activities on Friday. Among them, young teachers strictly demanded themselves to take the initiative to carry out the grinding before the teaching and research class. The senior teachers also gave great guidance and help in the evaluation.

With his solid basic skills and serious attitude, Mr. Du Yunlong actively prepared lessons and took classes, won the first prize of the Community in the "Mesozoic" mathematics teacher contest, and participated in the class in the district, just came to an end.

Half of the semester, summed up reflection, there are many shortcomings in the work of the subject group:

1. The subject group has a single form of activity. Although the teaching and research courses are carried out in earnest, they never fall, but they are not fully able to play the leading role of senior teachers.

2. The establishment of the Luhua Studio attracted the participation of the teachers of this group, but did not really play the role of the studio. The scientific research consciousness of the teachers is not strong enough. Perhaps the mathematics teacher is not as good as the language teacher, and the language is weak. Therefore, the Luhua Studio has not been as hot as the language group.

3. The team leader is not competent enough, lacks organizational management experience, and lacks professional knowledge.

The fourth biggest point is the pursuit. Although there are many deficiencies, perhaps I don't realize it, but I am still full of hope and pursuit for the work we have organized. Next, while continuing to carry out routine work better, at the beginning of December, our group Ye Zhangzhao will launch a city-level presentation class. In the middle and late December, the district mathematics major group will be sent to our school, the famous teacher and our school. Teachers Wang Haiyan and Wang Jianqin have taken one lesson on the same subject, preparing lessons, attending classes, attending classes, and evaluating classes. We are seriously preparing.
