I. Ideological and political education and business learning

The business study focuses on compulsory provisions, new acceptance criteria, “Guidelines for Quality Supervision of Construction Projects” and normative files on project quality. On February 13-14 this year, 85 quality supervisors from all regions in the region concentrated on the "Administrative Licensing Law", "Hefei City Construction Market Management Measures" and other laws and regulations and related normative files, and comprehensively exchanged 14 new editions for learning and application. While doing a good job in quality supervision and inspection of engineering entities, we have gradually strengthened the supervision of the quality behaviors of all parties involved in the process, such as process and acceptance, and achieved certain results. In the year, more than 600 copies of the project quality supervision report were completed; 5,630 engineering quality supervision and inspection opinions were issued. The daily supervision work is ordinary, but it is extraordinary to insist on doing ordinary work every day. Another example is the bad behavior record system implemented this year, which actively informs the security, market, law enforcement and other departments of various bad management actions found in quality inspections, and forms a linkage effect between market behavior and on-site management. In the July-October inspection of the city's engineering quality, a total of 314 projects were inspected, and 10 of them were in violation of the rules, and the relevant responsible units and individuals involved in the project were violated and reported to the market in a timely manner. The regulatory authorities have greatly touched on construction, supervision and other enterprises, which has improved the effectiveness of quality supervision and changed the practice of being able to "correct the teacher" in the past.

Fourth, take every case of quality complaints seriously

Project quality complaints are related to the vital interests of the people and related to social stability. I have always attached great importance to doing a good job in project quality complaints, and published information on quality complaints on the website of the CCB on a quarterly basis. Units that deal with quality complaints within the scope of responsibility are not timely, users are dissatisfied, and users who have caused repeated complaints or even group petitions have taken appropriate administrative measures to handle them in a timely manner. As of the end of November, 100 complaints were accepted. The complainant expressed satisfaction or basically satisfied the quality and results of the complaint handling work by more than 90%.
