In 2019, I mainly completed the following work:

1. Responsible for the maintenance and technical support of the underground three and four classes, supervising the inspection and maintenance records, responsible for the inspection and inspection of the equipment and the rectification of the bad equipment status; establishing and improving the equipment history file management, collecting and sorting the drawings and data of the No. 3 line track project, and participating Verification and rectification of design and construction drawings; actively participated in various fault handling of Line 3, participated in the rectification of the city's section track bed, participated in various fault drills; participated in the replacement design of the ballast slide board, the general equipment survey, routine according to the leadership instructions Safety inspection, etc., on-site tracking participated in the rectification of the disease in the city area;

2. Begin to be responsible for the system management of maximo system, oracle system, iam solid-fund integration, regular inspection of measuring instruments, and branch equipment account in the daily management of the branch;

3. Assist the branch secretary to carry out the daily work of the party branch; be responsible for the work of the branch trade union, assist the leader to organize the labor competition at the operation headquarters held on the third line, and organize the branch badminton and basketball games according to the instructions of the leaders, and hold the Mid-Autumn Festival. Departmental staff meetings and other activities; responsible for the divisional propaganda work, and basically complete the annual publicity tasks of the division.

In 2019, I strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, work standards and processes; through the combination of theory and practice, I gradually master the daily maintenance and management of line equipment and facilities, as well as the analysis and processing of faults, familiar with maximo, oracle and other systems. The process and management, understand the process and operation program of the project; engage in party, work, and group activities, not only active thinking, but also further improve the individual organizational capabilities, and accumulated a wide range of interpersonal relationships. In 2009, the work basically met the requirements for completing the work. Through this year's exercise, I have grown a lot, but there are still many problems in my work:

1. The lack of work is lack of subjectivity and enthusiasm. The task of work is getting more and more heavy, and the work pressure is getting bigger and bigger. However, under the condition of heavy task and high pressure, the work mentality is still lazy and the attitude is not correct, which affects the work efficiency to some extent.

2. The business is immature and needs to be strengthened. Mainly manifested in: when working in shifts, I am not familiar with the on-site equipment and facilities, and I don’t understand the skills and methods of operation; when I open the technical analysis meeting, everyone has their own unique insights, and they are well-founded. Skills and knowledge are all stretched; when the skills assessment is practical, the situation on the spot is very varied, and the response and response measures are not up to the required requirements. Business learning is not only related to theory and practice, but also experience and lessons are very important. Usually, we should consult with the old staff, learn more about the actual situation on the spot, and participate in the work.

3. In normal work, communication and teamwork need to be strengthened. Line operations, strong requirements for teamwork, timely communication with colleagues, ask questions in a timely manner, and learn from each other to complete tasks. Openly accept the guidance and opinions of the leaders at work, communicate with the leaders in a timely manner, consult with colleagues in a timely manner, actively listen to their opinions and suggestions, and constantly strive to learn and improve themselves;

In 2019, it is a year of harvest and an imperfect year. There is still some peace in life, and there is still a need for long-term progress in work. Thoughts should be calm and careful. I have problems in my work.
