Network management work summary


In the new year, I transferred to the network support department. This is a shift from customer service to technology . In this short month, I have summarized the work of my network management department as follows:

1. In the current position, customer service and customers are our main body. It is our duty to satisfy customer service and customers. As the technical capabilities of today's customer service continue to increase and customers become more and more knowledgeable about the Internet, we also need to learn to improve ourselves. You can't stay at the origin forever, you need to be brave and take a step forward. Improve your own standards. Through the use of online resources, books of various related professions to understand its trends, open up their own vision and thinking.

2. From the work aspect, the content of the email is from the process reply of the previous customer service reply, to the customer service and customer through technology today. In the work to complete the corresponding affairs in a timely manner, through the problems encountered in the transaction, to enhance their technical capabilities. In the one-month duty, about 30 transactions per day are accepted, and the post office through the customer feedback, the host problem. Make a judgment on the corresponding problem, then enter the server to adjust, so that the user's product can be restored to normal use. Although it looks at a simple transaction, there are many things involved in many transactions. We need to carefully review and confirm in detail. To answer the customer's problems, I believe that only by convince yourself can you convince the customer service.

3. On duty duty network management, this position, in the previous impression, I feel that there is no such difficulty in reality, when I was really in this position, I found it much harder than I imagined. The job of technology is to develop and maintain the corresponding products, to make people convinced of your ability, to prove themselves through technology , not to let others question your technology . Maybe I know very little now. I believe that as long as I work hard and ask more old employees, I will slowly walk with you. In the follow-up work, the temporary goal is to do your own work and improve yourself.

4. The Spring Festival is coming soon. I hope that through the joint efforts of my colleagues, I will improve the technical level of the network management and achieve certain results. And improve the satisfaction of the department, but in the work, there are still some shortcomings, but also need to continue to work hard to improve their own capabilities. I hope to work harder in 2010 and work hard for myself and the department!
