From 1998 to 1999, I worked hard on the basics of electrical engineering and electrical appliances, and TV room maintenance projects. When the “clamp” switch is placed in the “clamp” state, the image interruption phenomenon disappears, but the black channel interference fringes appear on the screen, which is adjusted by the clamp amplifying circuit. The test machine works normally and the fault is eliminated.

During the shift in June 2002, the Gansu Cultural Channel sap flow meter indicated abnormality, the power output was zero, and the IF processor output indicator was off. Turn on the IF processor and check the three IF images of x1, x2 and x3 step by step. Continue to check that the two circuits of v22 and v23 are not working, and the signal is interrupted. In February 2005, he participated in the digital transformation of microwave equipment room equipment in this department.

In June 2005, he participated in the signal reception and debugging work of the Asian No. 2 satellite, and increased the content of the TV program by adjusting the satellite parameters.

In September 2006, the tf-4 type 50 watt FM transmitter voltage alarm, no output power and odor, after checking, found that the power box xlb2 plug-in is faulty, temporarily replaced with a good plug-in, and then check even The wire is found to have an open lead. After reconnecting and checking other components, the test machine is turned on and back to normal.

In November 2006, the tf-4 type 50 watt FM transmitter amplifier power input was found to be zero. After checking the final stage power amplifier circuit, the amplification tube bg1 was normal, and the bg2 amplification tube blt94 was open, using the same model new tube. Replace, test machine output power returns to normal, troubleshooting.

In November 2007, our department relocated the machine room to install new equipment. During this period, he participated in the reinstallation of the equipment room, the commissioning of the antenna feeder, the installation and commissioning of new equipment, and the welding of various types of lines, and successfully completed the task.

In January 2008, he participated in the installation and commissioning of the transmitter TV monitoring system. From system installation, line layout, communication port connection to various problems in operation, the final debugging operation was successful, which greatly improved the launch of the station. In June 2008, a central transmitter was suddenly unable to output power. After detecting the exciter, there is no output power. Check the actuator panel indication. The amplifier temperature is between 48 °c and 51 °c. The amplifier current and voltage are not. Indication, the output power alarm value is displayed as 7w, and other indications are normal. It is preliminarily determined that the temperature is too high, causing damage to the device inside the actuator. Check and carefully repair, the fault is eliminated. In July of the same year, the power of the central seven transmitters dropped to 2.4kw monitoring system alarm, and the monitoring system was turned on. It was found that the output power indication of the second power amplifier was 0.2kw, and the current a8 was 0a. The overall power drop is definitely related to the power amplifier. After careful cooperation with colleagues, the test machine works normally and the fault is eliminated.
