I strengthened the voltage monitoring and increased the number of contacts of the intermediate relay and increased the contact. Through the work over the past few years, I have realized that maintenance of electrical equipment should be done:

1. Careful observation, through the eyes can be found abnormal phenomena of the equipment, such as rupture, broken wire, deformation, oil leakage, discoloration, corrosion and other abnormal phenomena.

2. Listening to the nose and hearing, due to the action of the alternating current, it generates vibration and emits a unique sound. Through the characteristics of the sound change, it is judged whether the device is operating normally. Smell is also a method of discriminating sensitive to certain abnormalities and defects in electrical equipment.

3. Touch the device being inspected by hand to judge the defects and abnormalities of the device. By touching the hand, you can feel the change and vibration of the equipment temperature, such as the temperature change of the transformer, local heat, relay heat, vibration, etc., can be checked by hand touch.


4. Understand the operating conditions, the weather changes in the event of a fault, the size of the load, and the records and solutions for similar faults.
Through these, you can quickly grasp the most basic conditions of equipment operation, facilitate the complete handling of accidents, avoid accidents and find work into misunderstandings, extend power outage time, and expand the scope of accidents.
