In view of its root causes, we believe that the establishment and development of school-run enterprises due to subjective and objective reasons has always been the management and operation mode of the project economy. The business activities are forced to be pushed to the market, which will inevitably lead to the disconnection between management and management, and the separation of risks and interests. 2. Strengthen corporate financial management. Business management, financial management, and employee management are the mainstays of enterprise management, and financial management is the lifeline of enterprise management. 6. Strengthen internal service revenue generation. With the support of the school, a green technology center, a legal service center, and a civil engineering design and research center have been established.
