In the week before the start of the training, the psychological and physical training was carried out. In the middle of the month, the company spent a lot of manpower and resources, hired experts from various fields, and gave us a comprehensive training in the company's corporate culture, safety, production and other aspects. .

The first is psychological physical training. The tower is a basic skill that is necessary for the inspection staff. No matter how many meters are high, take too long a long distance, pass the psychological level, and on the ground. Walking is the same feeling. In this training, I gave my own achievements in the middle. Compared with me a year ago, there is no problem in the psychological aspect. The focus now is on proficiency. I believe that I can do it and improve it in my future work.

Then there is the training of skills theory. The first lesson introduces the corporate culture, human culture and entrepreneurial spirit of Hubei Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company. Only by understanding the history of the company, the cultural spirit of the company, the policies and trends of the company, can we better be the masters of the company and understand that the role we play can better grasp and positively our own attitude and contribute to the enterprise. Throughout the entire month, the word security has been interspersed in it, showing its importance. Through one month of safe learning, I have redefined the word safety. Safety first, life only once, any small negligence in the work has security risks. Once the importance of safety is neglected, it must be heavy. The price. Then there is the training of work skills, the new techniques and new techniques explained by the experts improve our understanding and interest in the work, and also point out the difficulties in the future work and the technical knowledge worthy of further discussion. The introduction and operation of various tools are also the focus of training. Safety tools directly affect the safety of our daily work. The operation and operation of the instruments are also directly related to the individual's ability to work. Patriotism education and humanistic spirit education are also reflected in this training. Watching patriotic movies and participating in the company's cultural and sports activities have strengthened our team's cohesiveness and more recognition of the importance of social responsibility.
