1. 2. Improvement of management ability and teaching standards. Since most of the teachers in the Korean Ministry are returning to the country, although they have a certain Korean language foundation, they do not systematically organize the Korean knowledge they have learned and have no teaching experience. In response to this situation, we have been insisting on effective teaching and research activities for a long time. The teacher learns the teaching materials and the contents of the question bank, so that the teacher can accurately grasp the contents of the teaching materials and the question bank. Conduct listening evaluation activities, use regular meetings to discuss teaching methods, organize self-examination meetings for each examination, and write a summary of work in each period. 1. Ideological education. Most of the Korean class students are older, have a lower level of education, have more family chores, are afraid of learning, do not study for a long time, and have a poorer ability to accept. Some of them have been to Korea and Japan, and they know very well about foreign countries. The employment system is not well-recognized. It is also considered that, like training, there is no sense of urgency in learning and a keen attitude toward the Korean language test. In view of this situation, we have the characteristics of the employment system, the employment system is not easy to approve, the employment system process, the small meeting of the conference, repeated lectures, let the students learn to be grateful, know the opportunity to cherish, and further clarify that there is no opportunity to study Korean before going abroad. It is only after learning Korean that you have the opportunity to go abroad. 2. Korean language learning. In the study, whether it is the summer of the hot summer or the cold winter, the teacher’s inspection and counseling system is adhered to by the night self-study. 2. Student management. The South Korean students did not implement closed management, and the long-formed sloppy style was difficult to change at once, and management was difficult. Third, there are problems and the direction of future efforts
1. The teaching method needs further improvement. Although our Korean language teaching performance is obvious now, there are still very few students who have poor learning. How to improve the performance of students with learning difficulties, and make our qualification rate reach 100%. This will be the direction of our Korean language teaching efforts in the future. 3. Korean language training management needs to be further improved. Korean training management still has a certain gap from the requirements of the unit, and has not yet met the training requirements. The main reason is that we always think that Korean students can do this. It is not bad, and the position is low in thought, resulting in poor management requirements and low standards. Director Li pointed out four points in the work meeting: the guiding ideology is right; the principle is not strong; the program is not strict; the spirit of cooperation is not strong, and the goal of Korean training is set in time, indicating the direction of work. That is the double hundred standard is not shaken, not reduced. Therefore, in the future training, we must face up to our own shortcomings, high standards, strict requirements, use the employer's eyes to examine the students, and ask the students to make the Korean language training to a higher level.
4. The details of the Korean students are not in place. The details are as follows: no active greetings, no smiles on the face, crowded stairs, loud noises, smoking, and scribbling on the table. The Korean students were polite and the performance of the first and second students was more obvious when they returned to school. The existence of these phenomena is mainly because we don't pay enough attention to the details education in our thoughts. We believe that as long as the Korean language scores go up and the details of the teaching time are delayed, this kind of thinking makes us in management, the details education is not in place, and the training is less. We will intensify the detailed training in the future training, to check the main, find problems and timely education, educate ourselves through small things, educate the class, and educate the whole. And the details education is normalized. So far, the weakness of detail education is still the biggest problem in Korean language training. The improvement effect is not obvious, and the effect of Korean language training is greatly reduced. This will be the key difficulty in our future work in Korean language training.
