The first is to strengthen leadership and establish an organization. The third is to strengthen security and strict mechanisms. First of all, policy support is in place. The town government has formulated various preferential policies to encourage and mobilize agricultural technology cadres to deepen the production of the first line, effectively carry out new farmers' science and technology training, and effectively promote various technologies for increasing production and efficiency, and effectively improve farmers' scientific and technological achievements. Secondly, the technical support is in place. In the teacher arrangement, the senior agronomist of the county agricultural committee was invited to ensure that the training needs are to recognize the situation and scientific positioning. Established 110 acres of the largest cloned high-standard tea demonstration base in our town. 400 acres of pollution-free alpine vegetable whitening demonstration base and 280 acres of tomato demonstration base. At present, the town has organized a total of 60 science and technology training courses in 60 sessions, 20xx households, 3,000 white papers, and 4,000 trained farmers. 50 core farmers were selected from 9 villages in the town and a core farmer file was established. In the five administrative villages of the town, five peasant science and technology bookstores were set up, and more than 100 books on freshwater aquaculture, pollution-free vegetable cultivation techniques, sericulture and fruit cultivation techniques were arranged.
