5, communication is not deep enough, in the process of communication with customers, we can not clearly convey the situation of our company's products to customers, understand the true ideas and intentions of customers; can not quickly respond to some questions and requirements put forward by customers And correct handling. When communicating with customers, they don't know how much the customer knows or accepts about our products. It is a fatal mistake to have no secondary tracking after being rejected.
There is no clear goal and detailed plan for the work. There is no habit of developing a work summary and plan. The sales work is in a state of laissez-faire, the work time is not properly allocated, and the work situation is chaotic and other adverse consequences.
Summarize the shortcomings of XX years, and work hard to do your own job in 2019, create greater value for the company and create more income for yourself. Establish your own effective industry style, while constantly learning and in-depth communication with customers, understanding the real ideas and needs of customers, as well as the company's work related professional knowledge and experience, to make yourself more professional. While doing your own job, you must enrich yourself in all aspects, learn about the dynamics in the industry through books and the Internet, grasp the industry information, constantly broaden your horizons, and constantly make progress and other colleagues in the company. When I was studying in Hunan, I felt a little more and made some suggestions to the company, hoping to be useful.
